  • How can i test microphone related application in iPhone?

    i am developing an application in which two users can do voice chat on iPhone via bluetooth.Now that i have initiated the voice chat in my code,i found that iPhone 3 does not have microphone builtin.Does anybody has any idea on how can i test my application.Because if i use external microphone then i'll not be able to connect it to my system and so not be able to test unless my code is completly runnable..... Need quick help.. Thanks in advance....

  • Lauching Lotus Notes with mailto:

    I have a mailto url in a web page. The target system contains both Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes. Microsoft Outlook is the **default** Mail Client. So when i click on *mailto* link it opens up Microsoft Outlook. I want it to open Lotus Notes when i click on the link and i do **NOT** want change the default mail client settings in Internet Options as well. Please suggest a solution or work around to achive this.

  • Secure automated SSH/SFTP after reboot

    I need to give a daemon ssh access to a particular server. Currently I have it setup to use ssh keys and a keychain, but the trouble with this method is if a reboot occurs. Unless I'm missing something, I would need to login after a system reboot and add the key to the keychain. Is there a way I could avoid/automate this? I'm considering using expect if I can't find any other way.

    I used Linq to insert objects into database.But if i used threads to simultanously create 20 object within 1 second, then system will fail to add 20 objects into database. And I found it is not because of the sql server 's limit. so the only possible is Linq, any one have idea ? How can I create 20 records or more in 1 second within 1 second ?

I mean this in a strong sense: if my program generator compiles, I want the type system to be strong enough that only type-correct programs can be generated.   • Error when connecting to hello world yesod example on Windows 8

    I start the executable (after building it with cabal) and it says "Application launched, listening on port 3000." Next I connect to it with my web browser and the console says "threadWaitRead requires -threaded on Windows, or use System.IO.hWaitForInput." The web browser never connects.   • How do I get Hudson to stop escaping parts of my shell script?

    I would like to have a shell script that copies some logs from a part of my system to the hudson workspace so I can archive them. So right now I have #!/bin/bash -ex cp /directory/structure/*.log . This is kind enough to be changed to cp '/directory/structure/*.log' . Which of course is not found since I don't have a file named *.log. So how do I get this script to work?

What is the difference between these two? And why is the first one mostly used/preferred?

    Hey guys, I'm going to be developing a small dedicated server in C/C++ that will require uptime of forever. I've been looking into some time functions as millisecond timing is required for calculations. I have 2 problems that I'm facing: Using a 32bit integer to store the number of milliseconds since the operation began will wrap around at about the 49 days mark resetting to zero. There doesn't seem to be any standard system calls for getting elapsed milliseconds that are platform independant What should I do to resolve both these issues?

    hello everyone i have a series of PDF byte arrays in a arraylist files that i wish to concatenate into one file, currently when the PDF application trys to open the file is it corrupted: foreach (byte[] array in files) { using (Stream s = new MemoryStream(downloadbytes)) { s.Write(array, 0, array.Length); } } downloadbytes is the resultant concatenated array of bytes below is another implementation which also failed foreach (byte[] array in files) { System.Buffer.BlockCopy(array, 0, downloadbytes, offset, array.Length); offset += array.Length; } any pointers?
