  • Regular expression does not find the first occurance

    I have the following input to a perl script and I wish to get the first occurrence of NAME="..." strings in each of the ... structures. The entire file is read into a single string and the reg exp acts on that input. However, the regex always returns the LAST occurrence of NAME="..." strings. Can anyone explain what is going on and how this can be fixed?     Hi, I have an ASP.NET 3.5 website project, where I have added a few assemblies. When I look in the bin folder in visual studio there the references are not shown, but if I go to the references in the property pages for the website they are shown as GAC. Shouldn't dll's in GAC be shown under references for a website project in visual studio?

I tried the following: god restart app deploying several times manually stopping mongrel cluster, deleting the pid files, and starting them again Anyone has similar experiences? Where could the server be potentially caching the model files?

  • Subclass not seeing superclass' instance variable

    I have a situation where my subclass is not seeing the superclass' instance variable x. The ivar is obviously @protected by default, so why do I get a compiler error "x undeclared"? If I make this ivar a property then I can access it by self.x. What's worse is sometimes the error disappears, so something in my code is obviously causing this error but I cannot figure it out.

  • Cached ObjectDataSource not firing Select Event even Cache Dependecy Removed

    I have the following scenario. A Page with a DetailsView binded to an ObjectDatasource with cache-enabled. The SelectMethod is assigned at Page_Load event, depending on my User Level Logic. After assigned the selectMethod and Parameters for the ODS, if Cache not exists, then ODS will be cached the first time. The next time, the cache will be applied to the ODS and the select event don't need to be fired since the dataresult is cached. The problem is, the ODS Cache works fine, but I have a Refresh button to clear the cache and rebind the DetailsView. Am I doing correctly ?     So, I finally got the PHP include function to work by tweaking the .htaccess file yesterday. The index shows up perfectly. But get this, I duplicate the index.html file, rename it and upload it as another page (as a template to work from) and now the PHP include function is not working on that page, even though it's exactly the same code hosted on the same server with the same .htaccess file.   • MVC Partial View Not Refreshing when using JSON data

    I have a dropdown that I'm using to refresh a div with checkboxes. I am trying to figure out why my view is not refreshing if I pass in data in JSON format. If I pass in just a regular string, the view refreshes. If I pass in JSON data, the view does not refresh. If I step through the code in the Partial view, I can see the correct number of records are being passed in, however the view doesn't get refreshed with the correct number of checkboxes.
