    I have a pretty good handle on dispatching from classes other than the Document Class, but what happens when I want to dispatch an event from the Document class and have other classes listen to the document class broadcast? It seems like there are several ways to approach this (i.e using a Singleton, using composition, using MovieClip(root)) I was just wondering what people find is the "best practice" way to do this?

Basically I need a simplicity like this: values = numpy.array(inp.data) idx1 = numpy.where(values > -2.14) idx2 = numpy.where(values < 2.0) res1 = (values[idx1] - diff1)/1000 res1 = (values[idx2] - diff2)*1000 In python it's just 5 lines, but the simplest way in C++ i can think of is quite a number of nested loops.     Hello, In ASP.NET MVC, we don't have controls which can do stuffs such as autocompletion (we don't have controls at all from Visual Studio like in web forms). But, Is it possible to still get 'Auto-completion' with a text box in ASP.NET MVC (like with the textbox found on the Google's Home page)? If this is the case, what's the best way to do so?     I'm having problem with some data missing in the record. I've a ASP.net web app that take some information from the user then create a record on the database. It's your typical CRUD app but I've noticed lately that some record are missing couple fields. Where they are null value. I think it might have been an Session issue.     If I have a routine that can throw an ArgumentException in two places, something like... if (Var1 == null) { throw new ArgumentException ("Var1 is null, this cannot be!"); } if (Val2 == null) { throw new ArgumentException ("Var2 is null, this cannot be either!"); } What’s the best way of determining in my calling procedure which of the two exceptions was thrown?
