• .htaccess error while url forwarding

  Hello, Here is the .htaccess entry. what I intended to do is to transfer anyone typing as www.yahoo.com/Hello to www.yahoo.com/index.php?h=hello. Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine on RewriteBase / RewriteRule /index.php?u=$1 Now for some reason it shows me a 404 error when I type in yahoo.com too, I wonder what is wrong. Thanks Jean

  HI, Im very new to Excel and VBA and was wondering I there is a way I could make conditional formatting on drop down Lists. I currently have a warning if the user enters something that is not valid (data validation) but I want to change the cell's background color to red if invalid or green if valid. (dont think it's relevant but i'm using xampp to test this)

  I have two tables (tbl and tbl_new) that both use the same sequence (tbl_id_seq). I'd like to drop one of those tables. On tbl, I've removed the modifier "not null default nextval('tbl_id_seq'::regclass)" but that modifier remains on tbl_new. I'm getting the following error: ERROR: cannot drop table tbl because other objects depend on it DETAIL: default for table tbl_new column id depends on sequence tbl_id_seq After reviewing http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.1/static/sql-droptable.html It looks like there is only CASCADE and RESTRICT as options.

  I've read all over the Internet that I should not define fonts (or anything) with absolute pixel height/width/size and instead, use EM ... so that on higher resolution displays, my web site can scale appropriately. However, what do I use to define IMAGE height/width ... because images won't scale well (they look pixelated) UPDATE: To clarify, I'm not referring to page zoom. I'm referring to how to make my web application resolution independent so that it will look correct on higher DPI displays.

• Swapping two jQuery draggable list items not working properly (with jsFiddle example)

  The minimalist working example below swaps the two boxes when box 'one' is dragged and dropped on box 'two'. The problem is that when box 'one' is dropped, its style has 'top' & 'left' values causing it to be placed away from where it should drop. Its class includes 'ui-draggable-dragging'. It seems the top & left values are related to the amount the elements were dragged before the drop. And the dragging was 'interrupted' hence the residual 'ui-draggable-dragging' class? I have verified the server name, database, user & password are correct. • sIFR: page refresh causes background images problems in IE8

  I'm using sIFR 3 r436. When a page is reloaded, and often also on load, in IE8 the background image does'nt appear completely. When clicking on an intern link the background is displayed correctly. Google Chrome has also minor problems in displaying.
