Aero bug in Windows 7

Have you seen anything like this before?

Not always but permanently shows up this strange behaviour. What's the name of that problem? And - ofcoz:) - how can I solve it?

I tried:

driver update
full driver/app unsintall and Lenovo ThingVantage System Update
turning aero off (... and everything works fine)
monitor driver update (but only generic PNP monitor found)

Configuration:

Lenovo Thinkpad T400s (was Vista but clean Windows 7 install now)
Windows 7 Professional (ENG)
Mobile Inter 45 Express (WDDM 1.1)

Microsoft Management Console stops working when I add snap-in to it

as seen on Super User - Search for 'Super User'
I have Windows 7 Ultimate OS. I'm opening mmc.exe as administrator and trying add Certificates or any other snap-in, then while loading that snap-in MMC breaks and displays following message and after that it closes automatically once I click on close button on that message.
