Google domains. eNom vs Godaddy?

Can someone help me understand the benefits and disadvantages of each domain registrar and using them with google apps?

I have used godaddy before but not enom. I just don't want to buy a bunch of domains and then later regret not changing the domain registrar when i registered them.

I will also be using google app engine and i would like to ultimately have a subdomain configured to use amazon cloud front.
