Hello How can i disable explorer in winXP from using desktop.ini /folder.ini files?

some viruses are on the flash card, and they can be in that files. I want make explorer safe from opening such flashes. Autorun is disabled.

Yes, there are another file managers, but it is comp of my girlfriend.
