How do you use the hard disk of Ubuntu when u have installed from wubi?

I have installed Ubuntu 11.10 inside Windows 7 ('C' Drive) by using wubi.

But now i wanted to re-install Windows 7. But whatever the data and configurations are done in ubuntu that i don't want to delete.

So if i move that Ubuntu Folder from C drive to any other drive then re-install windows 7. Then How i will get back ubuntu 11.10 ?

How can I get back my data and everything of ubuntu after re-installing windows. Is there any way that i can use my hard disk created in ubuntu ?
