If I do a search for Windows 8 Professional x64 in my country, the only version I can find is having the code fqc-05955 and is labeled OEM.

If I perform same search on amazon.com, the only version I can find is having the code fqc-05956 and is labeled System Builder.

There's not much information about licensing of Windows 8 that I could find. According to this article when using System Builder it can be transferred from one computer to another.

What are the differences in licensing between those 2?

Is fqc-05955 transferable from one hardware to another like System Builder is?

Can I install fqc-05955 on a computer I already own that has no prior windows licensing? I am asking this, since many stores that sell fqc-05955 say it can only be bough with a computer.
