ERROR in Installing a Theme in ubuntu 13.10

I just upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10 3 days ago and since then I've been trying to install a couple of themes for example i tried MOKA theme and many more.whenever i try to install a theme when ever i add the PPA: and after that i type sudo apt-get update its shows this:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/jolicloud-team/ppa/ubuntu/dists/saucy/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/jupiter/ubuntu/dists/saucy/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
