    I am attempting to remove rows on my asp.net page using the following code: try { Table t = (Table)Page.FindControl("Panel1").FindControl("tbl"); foreach (TableRow tr in t.Rows) { t.Rows.Remove(tr); } } catch (Exception e) { lblErrorMessage.Text = "Error - RemoveDynControls - " + e.Message; } however, I am getting an error on the (when the code loops the second time around) "Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute." Any ideas regarding what is causing the error message?

  • Java Arrays.equals() returns false for two dimensional arrays.

    Hi there, I was just curious to know - why does Arrays.equals(double[][], double[][]) return false? when in fact the arrays have the same number of elements and each element is the same? For example I performed the following test. ` [java] double[][] a, b; int size =5; a=new double[size][size]; b=new double[size][size]; for( int i = 0; i < size; i++ ) for( int j = 0; j < size; j++ ){ a[i][j]=1.0; b[i][j]=1.0; } if(Arrays.equals(a, b)) System.out.println("Equal"); else System.out.println("Not-equal"); [/java] ` Returns false and prints "Not-equal. on the other hand, if I have something like this: [java] double[] a, b; int size =5; a=new double[size]; b=new double[size]; for( int i = 0; i < size; i++ ){ a[i]=1.0; b[i]=1.0; } if(Arrays.equals(a, b)) System.out.println("Equal"); else System.out.println("Not-equal"); } [/java] returns true and prints "Equal". Does the method only work with single dimensions? if so, is there something similar for multi-dimensional arrays in Java?

  • I want to add ranges of rates for which I have a particular %

    My problem is I should add rates without overlapping and if a range of rates is missed while adding a new range I should display a message saying the range is missed. Example: 200 300 ----- 3% 300 400 ------5% and if I am adding new range, say 600 800 ------10% I should get a message saying the ranges 401 to 599 is missing.

  • wmi error - dcom_create_object

    I'm trying to connect to a remote windows machine from linux command line, but I'm getting an error. Here's the command I'm running: wmic -U 'domain.com/admin%password' //machine "Select Name from Win32_Service" The error I'm getting is as follows: ERROR: dcom_create_object. ERROR: Login to remote object. NTSTATUS: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT - NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT Could anyone help me understand this. I've connected to the windows box with the credentials supplied, and wmi seems to be functioning correctly. What else could be causing this?

  • BindingList projection wrapper

    Is there a simple way to create a BindingList wrapper (with projection), which would update as the original list updates? For example, let's say I have a mutable list of numbers, and I want to represent them as hex strings in a ComboBox. Using this wrapper I could do something like this: BindingList<int> numbers = data.GetNumbers(); comboBox.DataSource = Project(numbers, i => string.Format("{0:x}", i)); I could wrap the list into a new BindingList, handle all source events, update the list and fire these events again, but I feel that there is a simpler way already.

  • Stopping looping thread in Java

    I'm using a thread that is continuously reading from a queue. Something like: public void run() { Object obj; while(true) { synchronized(objectsQueue) { if(objectesQueue.isEmpty()) { try { objectesQueue.wait(); } catch (InterruptedException e) { e.printStackTrace(); } obj = objectesQueue.poll(); } } // Do something with the Object obj } } What is the best way to stop this thread? I see two options: 1 - Since Thread.stop() is deprecated, I can implement a stopThisThread() method that uses a n atomic check-condition variable. 2 - Send a Death Event object or something like that to the queue. When the thread fetches a death event it exists. I prefer the 1st way, however, I don't know when to call the stopThisThread() method, as something might be on it's way to the queue and the stop signal can arrive first (not desirable). Any suggestions?

  • How does PATH environment affect my running executable from using msvcr90 to msvcr80 ???

Is there a general solution for this kinda problem? UPDATE Some answers recommend install the VS redist,but I'm not sure whether or not it will affect my installed Visual Studio 9, can someone confirm?   • Java JMS = HornetQ = javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: Unable to validate user: null ?

    Hello Experts, I am trying for several hours to get the HornetQ Examples running in Eclipse. Using the Standalone Examples everything works fine, but when I run the examples in Eclipse I get the following error: javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: Unable to validate user: null What could this error mean? Where do I have to specify the user? Maybe HornetQ tries to look this user up in "Some Context/Properties" etc , but I do not know where and how to specifiy the user HornetQ is running under. What i did: 1.)Started Default HornetQ Server with the start.sh Script in the ./bin directory 2.)Copied the QueueExample over to eclpise 3.)Did some minor changes in the config files (to have the same Queue Names...) (I also tried to disable security completely by setting: <security-enabled>false</security-enabled> but with no success, always getting the same error. Also when trying to programmatically instance HornetQ only via classes I get this error too). Thank you very much!! Jens

    Hi! I have a C++ application that loads externals plugins thanks to QPluginloader. QPluginLoader provides access to a Qt plugin. A Qt plugin is stored in a shared library (a DLL). The plugins have to inherit from a pure virtual class ( and Q_DECLARE_INTERFACE ) and QObject. I would like to create plugins by using python and PyQt. Is this possible without too much work? For instance if I have to convert the modules to C++ with boost::python, this could be nonsense, as PyQt is already a conversion from C++ to Python... Thanks!

    jCarousel documentation states the following: By passing the callback function itemLoadCallback as configuration option, you are able to dynamically create (li) items for the content. {...} jCarousel contains a convenience method add() that can be passed the index of the item to create and the innerHTML string of the item to be created. My Question: Is it possible to remove all items and rebind to a new collection? BTW: I don't necessarily need a "convenience method" to do this. I'm very open to workarounds. FYI: This strategy doesn't seem to work.

  • Catching "NullPointerExceptions" in JavaScript

    I'm writing quite a bit of code in Prototype.js which returns null if a DOM-id wasn't found. $("someId").show(); If someId doesn't exist, a method will be called on null, which halts the entire program, in effect disabling all JS effects after the error. I could just check for null before executing such a statement, but this is getting tiring. I would like to catch an exception but I'm not sure which one its is. MDC lists the following ECMA Script error types: * Error * EvalError * RangeError * ReferenceError * SyntaxError * TypeError * URIError * DOMException * EventException * RangeException Also, do browsers have a unified way of dealing with a method call on null?

  • How to debug an external library (OpenCV) in Visual C++?

    I am developing a project in VC++2008. The project uses the OpenCV library (but I guess this applies to any other library). I am working with the Debug configuration, the linker properties include the debug versions of the library .lib's as additional dependencies. In VC++ Directories under Tools|Options i set up the include directory, the .lib directory, the source directories for the library as well. I get an error while calling one of the functions from the library and I'd like to see exactly what that function is doing. The line that produces the error is: double error = cvStereoCalibrate(&calObjPointsM, &img1PointsM, &img2PointsM, &pointCountsM, &cam1M, &dist1M, &cam2M, &dist2M, imgSize, &rotM, &transM, NULL, NULL, cvTermCriteria(CV_TERMCRIT_ITER + CV_TERMCRIT_EPS, 100, 1e-5)); I set up a breakpoint at this line to see how the cvStereoCalibrate() function fails. Unfortunately the debugger won't show the source code for this function when I hit "Step into". It skips immediately to the cvTermCriteria() (which is a simple inline, macro-kinda function) and show its contents. Is there anything else I need to do to be able to enter the external library functions in the debugger? EDIT: I think the cvTermCriteria() function shows in the debugger, because it's defined in a header file, therefore immediately accesible to the project.

  • Multiple comosite applications on same WSDL endpoint with OPEN-ESB

    Just learning how Open-ESB (GlassFishESB) works and evaluating it for a project. One point I do not understand is that if I have a Composite application bound to an incoming web service (hosted on the glassfish server) can I get muple composite applications to consume this message ? If so is it done by A) simply deploying the multiple composite applications each referencing the save URL and same WSDL B) include each JBI module in the CASA editor and deploy a single composite application with all parts included (will this reduce scaling?) C) create a new composite application which has a BPEL process to send the in message to new endpoints for each compisite applciation . My feeling is that option A should work?
