Oracle University has begun beta testing for the new Oracle Application Express Developer 
Certified Expert certification, which requires passing one exam - "Oracle Application Express 3.2: 
Developing Web Applications" exam (#1Z1-450).In

quick preview of what is on the exam, how to prepare, and what to

The "Oracle  Application Express: Developing 
Web Applications" training course teaches many of of the key 
concepts that are tested in the exam. This course is not a requirement 
to take the exam, however it is highly recommended.Additionally,
