• Capturing a Full-Length Webpage Screenshot (with a plugin/addon) in multiple browsers?

  I am trying to capture a screenshot of two versions of a website (one that's standards complaint and one that is not). I would use broswershots.org, but only one of the websites has a public url. Now I've already got full-length screenshots for IE and FF, but what can I do to get a full-length screenshot in Opera, Chrome and Safari?

  I have a website say www.mywebsite.com/demo . When ever if anyone requests this site, i want to navigate to another website www.myanotherwebsite.com . I know that this can be done in IIS by using the HTTP Redirect feature. But since i want to do this for different websites, I would like to write a bat file which would run the command to set the redirect url for a website. Can anyone please help me how to set the redirection URL through command line?

  Objects oriented databases seem like a really cool idea to me, no need to worry about mapping your domain model to your database model, no messing around with sql or ORM tools. The way I understand it, relational DBs offer some advantages when there is massive amounts of data, and searching an indexing need to be done. To my mind 99% of websites are not massive, and enterprise issues never need to be thought about, so why arn't OO DBs more widely used?
