    I'm creating a Drupal site for a client, and I'd like to make administrating the site as easy as possible for them. Examples of what they'd want to do with the site is: Add/Edit/Remove content which will be displayed on various pages Manage a forum - Just the basic Drupal Forum module Add / Ban Users Respond to comments left using the webforum I see there is an Admin module, that looks pretty promising. But I was wondering if anyone has any other helpful tips. Thanks

    Hello, i just asked a question few minutes ago which led me to this one : I want to know if there is any chance to use only the back-end of wordpress ? I mean, link my admin interface to post news link my visitor interface on my website to the wordpress news so the visitor can access the news So the visitor never find out that i'm using wordpress to generate the news and handle their comments and write my news ? Maybe it's possible but there is no point by doing so ? Thank you

I just installed a theme from siteground and after installing it from magneto connect manager when i try going back to admin page to make other changes it doesnt lets me go.     I have a Magento installation with around 60 attribute sets. I need to add a new attribute to each of the attribute sets. There doesn't seem to anyway of doing this in the admin control panel. I am sure I can work it out by manually entering the correct fields into the database, but is there a way of doing this through the API or through the Import / Export profiles? Any suggestions would be gladly received.

    Getting the following error when trying to open a word document with macros to fill in the form fields: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Security\AccessVBOM. The user opening the word document does not have admin rights and the AccessVBOM flag is either not available or set to zero. I can set the flag for the HKCU (Current user) programmaticallybut cannot change setting for inunder HKLM . Please advise how can we enable the trust for the VBA project programmatically. Thx Kumar

    Short of using static IP addresses, is it possible to have a Cisco ASA use a DNS name rather than an IP address? For instance, if I want to limit a host in the DMZ to access only one particular web service, but that web service might be globally load balanced or using DynDNS or cloud, how can the ACL be expressed so that a fixed IP address isn't used and the admin doesn't have to keep opening and closing down IP addresses?

  • How do I mount a remote Linux folder in Windows through SSH?

    I'm a blind student currently in a system admin/shell programming class. Although ssh works fine for executing commands like ls, pwd, etc editors do not work well with my screen reader and an ssh session. I was wondering if it is possible to mount a Linux folder over ssh so it appears as a windows drive? This way I could edit any files I needed to with accessible software and not have to constantly use SCP to send files back and fourth.
