  Hi, I am trying to encode a .mp4 to a .flv I've tried using the Adobe Media Encoder but the video is lost in the conversion process, leaving me a black screen and some audio. I have yet to find something that can do this successfully for free. I found ffmpeg, which looks promising... but I can't figure out how to get it to work.   Outlook 2007 is slow to load messages...Why is this, and what can I do to speed it up? Currently have about 850 messages in the Inbox folder, and the preview pane turned off, thus I view messages by double-clicking. This is where it gets slow, when I double click, it brings up a new window with everything but the actual message loaded. Solutions? Thanks! (running Windows 7)

• Show both routers SSID with Wireless bridge [closed]

  I have two router 'GVT-1' (the main router) and 'GVT-2' (the second router), this seconds router is used as a repeater only, so I setup a wireless bridge but after I did that it only show 'GVT-2' and if I go closer the 'GVT-1' the signal gets weak cause I'm far from the second router. What I wish is to had the same connection with a wide signal, there's something that I cand do about it ? Thanks.

I tried View Arrange by Current view Category and figured that I could manually check and delete any calendar items by hand.   Apache seems to stop responding sometimes even though apache processes are still running. After restarting apache, the load average usually shoots up from 1 - 2 to 13 - 15 in a matter of seconds. What would the cause of this be, or how could I find out why apache stops serving? My httpd.conf is: <IfModule mpm_prefork_module> StartServers 8 MinSpareServers 5 MaxSpareServers 20 MaxClients 50 ServerLimit 50 MaxRequestsPerChild 4000 </IfModule> It's running on an EC2 c1.medium (1.7 GB of memory) Thanks

• Airport Extreme and Windows PC via regular LAN (not WIFI)

  So I got an airpoort extreme, and everything works beautifully on the mac, but my windows 7 PC which is connected via a regular ethernet cable can't see any network. The Win7 PC says there's no cable connected. Any ideas? Is there some kind of setting you have to enable with the Airport utility? I looked everywhere but can't find anything. Thanks!

  BES 4.1.6 Blackberry 8300 (curve) Hi guys, I've noticed that handhelds will typically only retrieve the first few KB and then prompt the user to manually retrieve more (or auto-retrieve if they scroll down). The problem is that I have a BB app that needs to see the entire message all at once on the first initial time it's opened.   We have a SQL 2008 instance Server01\instance02. The port is set to 1466. We've set up a VIP named Server1 Attempting to connect to Server1\instance02 does not work. Server1,1466 does work.   Just want to know if it's true that if you use the VLAN ID 4095 for guest VLAN tagging, then vMotion will not work correctly as there is nowhere to pass back the reverse arp to? So, the problem we have noticed is when we have vmotioned VM's that are tagged on our trunk network, you cannot ping them from anywhere between 30-300 seconds. The hosts don't know which VLAN the guest is on. Is this right and also the correct behaviour? Thanks
