So I can add new templates for single files, but I want Xcode to uses these files when setting up the new project (most noticeably the Controller and Delegate .h and .m files). How do I do that?
Is there away to prevent eclipse from rebuilding the entire project every time I change an entry in the class path. Unfortunately, I have to play around with the build path often and rebuilding the projects takes a long time (easily 20-30 mins). Is there away to avoid this?
I have a project which is source controlled using Subversion and VisualSVN. Since the version of web.config is different on the server and the developers' computers I want the file to remain on the computers but to be ignored by Subversion. I added it to the svn:ignore but it still remains (and still has a red exclamation mark too since we are not committing it).
How can I remove it from Subversion safely without it being deleted from the files system
Thanks,
Adin
I'm writing an essay about ORM and SubSonic and I'm looking for some details regarding the project history (initial release, milestones, etc).
Anyone knows where I can find it? anyonce can give me a quick briefing?
Thanks
This might sound stupid but whenever I run my app in Eclipse I get this annoying pop up asking me how to run it: Android app, JUnit, Eclipse app, etc'
I'm always running this project as an Android app, is there any way to tell Eclipse to stop asking me this.
I'm using Eclipse 3.5 on Snow Leopard.
Thanks

Hi,
I'm learning CodeDom scripting, I started with http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/uploadfile/mgold/codedomcalculator08082005003253am/codedomcalculator.aspx
Now I'd like to allow script modify the project's form (for learning purposes only).
I suppose I need to create new field for a class I'm generating which refers "this". However I have no idea how can I set a reference for script-accessible object ... ?
Or can I directly publish some class member (like "this" or "button1") to a CodeDom script structure?
when i open a new xxx.xml file it doesnt write to the R.id my new var
example
when i write in xml :
<__Button android:text="New Game"
android:id="@+id/newGameButton"
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"</Button
(the _ r from this web format boundaries )
in R it should write :
public static final int newGameButton=0x7f050013;
note : this is a xml i added as new to my project should i make something so the eclipse tool will write automatically to the R file?
Suppose I developed a JavaFX project using netbeans 6.8 (JavaFX SDK plugin installed), and right now I need to convert this JavaFX UI to portlet and display it in a web page.
And I'm only allowed to do this using JDeveloper. So how could I achieve this? I'm using Oracle WebLogic Service as my web application server.

Hi there,
Is anyone aware of any documented Student-Project allocation algorithms (similar to the Hospitals-Residents problem, which is a subset of a two-sided matching problem)?
Getting the following error when trying to open a word document with macros to fill in the form fields:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Security\AccessVBOM.
The user opening the word document does not have admin rights and the AccessVBOM flag is either not available or set to zero.
I can set the flag for the HKCU (Current user) programmaticallybut cannot change setting for inunder HKLM .
Please advise how can we enable the trust for the VBA project programmatically.
Thx
Kumar
I having an XML file and that file is under the Documents folder.
If I actually give the entire path in C# then I am able to retrieve the XML values, but if I give the project path then it is not getting the values.
For example:
string fileNamePath=ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["XMLDocPath"].ToString() + fileName;
m_xmld.Load(fileNamePath);
It is throwing a runtime error.
Whenever I open Visual Studio 2005, it opens correctly and without any errors.
But when I load my project and try opening it in the design view it does not load.
Actually, I get the error "Visual Studio 2005 (not responding)."
What should I do to fix this error?

Can anyone recommend some start to finish project tutorials that really emphasize good design principles and best practices. I am looking for things that demonstrate and emphasize any or all of these:
Domain Driven Design
Unit Testing
Inversion of Control
Separation of Concerns
Use of interfaces
Object Relational Mapping
Preferably ASP.NET MVC
I am currently watching the Autumn of Agile series, which demonstrates many of these principles. I would like to find more of these tutorials/demos.
What's the best practice of making a variable that would be accessible by almost all classes in a Grails project? Is there a config file that I can use for storage of that data (i.e. application.properties)?
Thanks.
I used code:blocks as the C++ IDE on Windows. I switched to netbeans 6.8 (with C/C++ plugin, MinGW, MSYS) recently, because netbeas have the nice feature of "checking syntax errors when typing" (same as working on Java or PHP projects).
But the painful thing is that, it takes 2 seconds to compile a simple hello world project in netbeans. Any trick to make it as fast as code:blocks, or at least make the compiling time no more than 0.5 second?
Is there any way to edit list of cultures supported by a SL project in Visual Studio 2008 using GUI?
Currently I'm doing this by changing content of <SupportedCultures> node in the .cproj file manually. For example:
<SupportedCultures>
en, de, es, fr, ja, zh-CN
</SupportedCultures>
Thank you.
