• Selecting text and focusing on a textbox

  I'm trying to programmatically select the text in a textbox, and focus on it too, so that when the form is launch the user only has to start typing and it will replace what is already there. I've been using the code: stage.focus = _finalScoreTF; _finalScoreTF.setSelection(0, _finalScoreTF.text.length - 1); but it doesn't work...any ideas?

  My iPhone app started logging this error: lo-hi recycling invariant violated! followed by: Program received signal: “EXC_BAD_ACCESS” whenever I launched it on my iPod (3.1.3) and sometimes when I launch it in the simulator. What does this error mean, and how can I fix it? I am using cover-flow in my app. I think this might be the problem. Thanks in advance.

I want to have certain functions numbered such as function1 function2 (1) function3 function4 (2) How do you make a sign to evaluate an integral? I know how to do brackets, but is it possible to only make one straight light to the right of the function with the bounds of integration? I can't figure out how to do that.

• Android Mock Location locks GPS on status bar

  I created an app that uses mock locations to insert GPS coordinates. After removing the test provider via: mLocationManager.clearTestProviderLocation(mocLocationProvider); mLocationManager.removeTestProvider(mocLocationProvider); mLocationManager.removeUpdates(mLocationListener); When I launch google maps for example after exiting the app the GPS location is found and then never goes away. "Location Set By GPS" always remains on the notification bar even though my app is ended. Any ideas?

  If you don't care about minifying your code, is there a way to get started using the Google Closure library without having to set up a subversion client and use the compiler? The Notepad sample program on Google's website refers to <script src="closure-library/base.js" > </script > Can you simply download closure-library/base.js somewhere and start playing with the UI examples? The Closure Lite quick-start version doesn't appear to include goog.ui

  Very quick question for freshbooks oauth. When requesting a Request Token you need to provide (amoung others) the oauth_signature method. Is the signature the consumer key and the consumer secret seperated by an ampersand? e.g. _consumer_key_%26_consumer_secret_ where _consumer_key_ is the consumer key. _consumer_secret_ is the consumer secret and %26 is a urlencode ampersand.

  Is there a quick way to convert a float value to a byte wise (hex) representation in a QByteArray? Have done similar with memcpy() before using arrays, but this doesn't seem to work too well with QByteArray. For example: memcpy(&byteArrayData,&floatData,sizeof(float)); Can go the other way just fine using: float *value= (float *)byteArrayData.data(); Am I just implementing this wrong or is there a better way to do it using Qt?   Is there a way to display the path of the solution in the Visual Studio window's name? By default it displays (SolutionName) - Microsoft Visual Studio, I would like it to instead show something like (SolutionName) - (PathToSolution) - Microsoft Visual Studio. The reason behind this is I can have multiple versions of a project checked out at a time (staging and trunk for example) and I'd like a quick way of checking without going through prompts etc.

  I've already figured out how to add a menu item to the right click context menu of the windows explorer using the registry. I currently have it set to launch my application when my menu item is clicked. However, I want to know if there is a way to know what file is was right clicked on.
