    Hi, My string is mystring = "<tr><td><span class='para'><b>Total Amount : </b>INR (Indian Rupees) 100.00</span></td></tr>" My problem here is I have to search and get the total amount test = re.search("(Indian Rupees)(\d{2})(?:\D|$)", mystring) but my test give me None. How can I get the values and values can be 10.00, 100.00, 1000.00 Thanks

  • Display "custom" view (various images, various text). Should I use UIWebView?

    First: No, none of the content should be loaded from the web. All content parts are shipped with the main bundle. I have n images and mass of text (including lists). Instead of building all view parts programmatically in objective-c if was thinking of using an UIWebView and build "only" the HTML dynamically. Does anything speaks against it? How does UIWebView work with local content? Links and resources welcome. Thanks

    I'm using urlfetch from google app engine, but it keeps going to the redirected final page even though I use: result = urlfetch.fetch(classUrl, payload=None, method=urlfetch.GET, headers={}, allow_truncated=False, follow_redirects=False) E.g. if classUrl was a searched term in Google (https://www.google.com/search?q=setInstanceFollowRedirects()+python&oq=setInstanceFollowRedirects()+python&sugexp=chrome,mod=0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) it would redirect me to www.google.com How do I stop this redirection?   • regex help using repreated groups

    I'm trying to match rc-update -s output in python. m = re.match(r"^\s*(\w+)\s*\|{\s*(\w+)\s*}*$", " network | level1 level2 leveln ") but m is always None the hard part for me is getting the regex to match the n levels. I thought that using {}* would match the n levels, but as soon as I add the {} nothing matches. thanks.

  • youtube video on Mac os?

    I have inserted a video from youtube into a DIV tag, used the actual "embed" code found on youtube site. and used jquery to show/hide the div. when activated, the flash video shows perfectly in the div, when clicked it plays as usual the only problem i have is when someone using a Mac, and clicks on play, the flash video disappears. this happened on many Mac computers regardles of the browser being in use ( none Firefox neither Safari are working ) although i have tested it on all general browsers on windows and it works fine

    I'm cocking this up and it should be really simple but the value of sortdate is none (note im only doing this because converting a string to a date in Python is a bugger). DateToPass = str(self.request.get('startdate')) mybreak.startdate = DateToPass faf = DateToPass.split('-') sortdate = str(faf[2] + faf[1] + faf[0]) That should work? but its just being stored as null though the datetopass is being stored fine.

    I need a reliable way to detect how many CPU cores are on a computer. I am creating a numerically intense simulation C# application and want to create the maximum number of running threads as cores. I have tried many of the methods suggested around the internet like Environment.ProcessorCount, using WMI, this code: http://blogs.adamsoftware.net/Engine/DeterminingthenumberofphysicalCPUsonWindows.aspx. None of them seem to think a AMD X2 has two cores. Any ideas?

    I need to hide a column as well as other elements when my page is printed , and in order to do that I have a print style sheet, everything works fine, except for the column I want to make disappear, the strange thing is that my stylesheet works in IE , but it didn't in Mozilla and chrome, why's that?     I have downloaded several new plugins which come with a help file. None of them seem to work from within Vim. I have the Windows version of gVim and the install dir contains a folder called: vimfiles vim72 Both folder contain a plugin and doc folder. Where am I supposed to put the plugin? So when I use :help [helpfile], it says it cannot find it, but I can see it in the doc folder.
