  • Sync a domain with an SVN server?

    Hi, I have a project hosted on unfuddle that I would like to sync to a subdomain on one of my hosts. Does anyone know how to sync the server with the repo on unfuddle? Can this be done with php? I just looking for a point in the right direction. What should I be investigating to do this? Has anyone had any experience with any scripts that can do this? Thanks, Jason

    I'd like to use the UIView "sucking" transition (view is "sucked" into a point) referenced here: http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/UIViewAnimationState#Using_suckEffect The method above, however, uses private APIs, which makes it next to useless for an App Store app. How can I recreate a similar effect without relying on private APIs? I'm guessing the answer has to do with OpenGL, although I have zero experience there.

    I am about to create a new developer PC image for developing WPF applications using VS2010, WCF, SQL2008 and SharePoint2010. What OS should I opt for? Windows 7? Windows Server 2008 R2? I'd have thought Windows 7 to make sure that I have a similar experience during development as an end user, however I can't install SharePoint on a client OS and so thought about Windows Server 2008 R2 to help with the SharePoint development process. For example: 1,2,a,b,"dog","rabbit would match whereas 1,2,a,b,"dog","rabbit","cat bird" 1,2,a,b,"dog",rabbit would not. I have very limited experience with regular expressions, and the only thing I could think of is something like "[^"]*$ However, that matches the last quote to the end of the line. How would this be done?

    I've got a lot of experience in Java but none developing mobile apps. I'd like to write an application using Java/Swing and then convert it for use on an Android phone. Is this feasible or do I really need to develop from the ground up for the Android platform?
