  Now i am using the sharepoint extensions 1.1 for Visual Studio 2005 to deploy my website in Sharepoint 2007. When you create a new site, there is a new default page with the contenttype: Welcomelinks..., i would like to change it including my own ContentType and PageLayout in the onet.xml. The way to deploy I am using is Team Definition. Could someone give some code, plz?

  Hi All, I'm using Blueprint as my CSS framework in my rails project. But currently i'm having a problem as when i created a link it shows both the link and display text in the web page Ex : say i have 'go to google' in my web page (view) it shows both "go to google (http://www.google.com)" where as i want to show only 'go to google' can someone tell me how to fix this, thanks in advance cheers, sameera

I want use a unique point of view of unmanaged exception and my problem is integrate wf-wcf services with ELMAH. The problem is that in wf-wcf i can't decorate di class with the elmah attribute so i make that using web.config if is possible. Someone can help me?   I'm working w/ a function that expects a string formatted as a utf-8 encoded octet string. Can someone give me an example of what a utf-8 encoded octet string would look like? Put another way, if I convert 'foo' to bytes, I get 112, 111, 111. What would these char codes look like as a utf-8 encoded octet string? Would it be "0x70 0x6f 0x6f"? Thanks

I am using Javascript and Classic ASP If there is someone that could maybe point me in the right direction I have a long string of text which I trim to 100 characters.
