I made it as written, but when i logged out from root, i cant access root@IP_ADDRESS -p 30000 again! but i can access user@IP_ADDRESS -p 30000. • How to configure Apache to run in front of IIS (.net+php)

  Hi So basically I have IIS6 running a .net application, running on port 80. What I want is to insert php code in this application. I found on a forum someone suggesting to run Apache+php in front of the IIS server so, like this, the .net code will be interpreted by the IIS server and after that the result will be passed to Apache that will interpret the php code. Is it possible? If yes then how to configure the Apache server? Thanks guys :)

  Hi all, I have a linux (Slackware) machine and the time/date is like, June 23rd 2003, 10:00am (It's 11 here) and I am not able to set the time to have it correct.   I am somewhat confused what the differences between a softlink, and a hardlink are (on unix). It seems like a softlink is the same as a shortcut in windows or an alias on Mac OS X. (Can someone confirm this?) Softlinks can link to both directories and files. I am uncertain of what a hardlink does or if it is useful.. Is it better to use one instead of the other? Thanks.

  cant understand what these are even though i've read articles about them. does it has something to do with 32 bits and 64 bits CPU? so why is it saying "AMD"64 and "I386"? I see people have suggested for NOD32 or Kaspersky but they are not offering Internet security for one server in business edition (it starts with at least 5 PC) and they says I can't install home edition on my VPS as this is for business purpose.   Hi, I have two servers running Linux 2.6.9 kernel. When i telnet to server1 , the telnet will be disconnected only after 3 login failures. While, when i telnet to server2, telnet will be disconnected after the first login failure. I expect server2 to behave the same way as server1 when telnet is executed.
