  • XPath to find element based on another XPath element

    Hi, I have an Java AST and I try to find a variable inside it via XPath. Lets say the variable is called 'foobar' I could use //VariableDeclarator/VariableDeclaratorId[@Image='foobar'] but what if I dont know the text 'foobar', but want to read it from another element //VariableDeclarator/VariableDeclaratorId[@Image=//SynchronizedStatement/Expression/PrimaryExpression/PrimaryPrefix/Name] the 'Name' node has the information 'foobar' in @Image, but PrimaryPrefix/Name[@Image] does not work. How must I rewrite the condition //SynchronizedStatement/Expression/PrimaryExpression/PrimaryPrefix/Name that it is the same as @Image='foobar' ? Thanks

    Hi I just opened up a project I done in MVC a while back, fired right up I looked at in the browser and now all the sudden it just wont find the [HttpPost] & [HttpPostAttribute]. What can be the problem? errormessage The type or namespace name 'HttpPost' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

    Hi. I've seen some questions on catching paste event. This looks helpful. But I want to prevent paste from happening when the pasted content is not plaintext, but comes from msword or other wysiwyg editor. Anybody got any experience on that? I suppose I should catch the event and look for some specific tags in the clipboard. Any known content that msie adds everytime?

(via VMWare fusion) Any feedback / advice based on your experience re what level of MacBook Pro (i.e. CPU type, CPU speed) you would target to get reasonable/good performance from VS2010 on it? (I'm just concerned about getting a base level MacBook Pro 13" 2.4GHz Core2Duo whether I would be frustrated with performance or not)

Now, I have my own Windows-Service and search the solution, that I can use this Windows-Service as the CSLA-Server and using nettcpbinding. Can someone give me a tip how to going on?     Hi, I've a window that will have an unknown amount of text fields, determined by the content of a remote server. In high level terms, how should I go about this? Create a custom view or create an empty window with a backing NSWindowController and then add stuff to it when the window is opened? I've seen the examples on the O'Reilly Cocoa book and those effectively create a custom NSView. Is this the right way to do it, 8 year later?

    Hi, I installed IIS Media Services 3.0, and the Big Buck Bunny sample, but when I try to get the manifest file (http://localhost/Big_Buck_Bunny/Big Buck Bunny.ism/Manifest), I get 400.0 Bad Request error from the SmoothHandler. So the default.html appears in the browser, but the SL player shows error while trying to read the manifest. Anyone knows what can be the problem?

    Hi there, I have some business classes which implements IBusinessRequest for example: public class PersonBusiness : IBusinessRequest<Person> { } Besides this I have a function: TypeHelper.CreateBusinessInstance(Type businessType, Type businessRequestType) A requirement of a business class is that they must have a parameterless constructor, which I check in the TypeHelper.CreateBusinessInstance function.     Hi All, We have a situation where we want to use filter for URL's containing some specific request parameters. e.g htt://mydomain.com/?id=78&formtype=simple_form&....... htt://mydomain.com/?id=788&formtype=special_form&....... and so on , id are fetched at run time, I want configure filter in web.xml only if formtype=special_form. Is the easiest way to write a separate exe that spins up a WCF proxy and have that exe called from within the job? This seems like it would work but is a bit convoluted.
