What's the best way to preserve the line spacing in the database so that it can be reproduced on the front end? The idea is the text should appear with the same line breaks and blank lines as entered originally by the user.

• IIS7 Request Mapping, File Extensions

  I have a website that used to have .dsp file extensions for all pages. There are alot of other sites referencing mine that reference the pages like that, but my pages are all actually .aspx pages. In IIS5, I was able to configure this to work. My problem is I've recently switched from IIS5 to IIS7, and I have no idea how to map these requests (.dsp) to the real file (.aspx) without the server telling me the file doesn't exist.

  Hi, We've got a .NET client calling a Java WebService hosted on Glassfish. Sometimes, for no clear reason, we get the error stated above. It appears that the first letter of the method ("P" of "POST") is dropped somehow. This is not consistent though, so we have no idea how to reproduce it. The communication is done over SSL.   I have a subjects database, and I want to create a new tag database to tag the subjects, but I have no idea how to design the new tag database structure. I'm assuming the new database looks like this: tag_id tag_name tagged_subject_ids 1 tag1 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 2 tag2 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12 so, if I want to select the tags belong to subject 1: SELECT tag_name FROM tag_database WHERE tagged_subject_ids LIKE '1'; I think the way that I select tag may be very slow, so please help me.   I've been trying to debug some super slow performance in running my cucumber features. I've run various calls through ruby-prof and think I see the bottlenecks (not too familiar with using ruby-prof) but do not know the cause or more important the solution. When I zoom the html page in FireFox 3.5 (ctrl - +) and then try to click on something in the Silverlight control the mouse input is not taken at the correct place. • unix tool to remove duplicate lines from a file

  I have a tool that generates tests and predicts the output. The idea is that if I have a failure I can compare the prediction to the actual output and see where they diverged. The problem is the actual output contains some lines twice, which confuses diff. I want to remove the duplicates, so that I can compare them easily. Basically, something like sort -u but without the sorting. Is there any unix commandline tool that can do this?
