Does anyone have a handy powershell script that gets a set of files from TFS based on a modification date? I'd like to say "give me all the files in this folder (or subfolder) that were modified after X/Y/ZZZZ" and dump those files to a folder other than the folder they would normally go to. I know enough powershell to hack about and get this done, eventually, but I'm hoping to avoid that.
m_chart.Series("TestSeries").ChartType = SeriesChartType.Bubble
m_chart.Series("TestSeries").MarkerStyle = MarkerStyle.Circle
m_chart.Series("Default").Points. ...
at this point, how can i set x, y and diameter values?
Given that I am generating an exe application with AssemblyBuilder, how do I set an icon to it?
I think I should be using
System.Reflection.Emit.AssemblyBuilder.DefineUnmanagedResource
Is there an example how to do it?
Hay all, I've been reading up on middleware and how to use it with a context object. I want to write a simple middleware class which i can use on my own applications, it will essentially be a cut down version of the django one.
The problem i seem to have is that if i have
INSTALLED_APPS = ('django.contrib.my_auth')
in the settings file, all is well. I've also added
MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES = ('django.contrib.my_auth.middleware.MyAuthMiddleware')
in it and everything is fine.
My question is, how would i make my middleware automatically generate tables from a models.py module, much like how the django auth does when i run manage.py syncdb?
thanks
I need to search this array:
cars -
[0] -make : Ford
-model: Escort
-year: 1991
[1] -make: Honda
-model: Civic
-year: 1996
[2] -make: Vauxhall
-model: Astra
-year: 1972
And if (for example) the model is "Civic" , place that 'car' at position 0.
So the end array would be like:
cars -
[0] -make: Honda
-model: Civic
-year: 1996
[1] -make : Ford
-model: Escort
-year: 1991
[2] -make: Vauxhall
-model: Astra
-year: 1972
I've tried some usort variations:
function typeSort($a, $b)
{
if ($a['model'] == 'Civic' )
{
return 0;
}
return ($a['model'] < $b['model']) ? -1 : 1;
}
but this is just returning 1
I wrote an implementation of the Mandelbrot set in Java using a JComponent but I'm getting strange results when I render it. Besides that everything compiles right. I'm just not for sure what I'm doing wrong with it. Any code review also would be appreciated.
My source is posted on pastebin since it would take up too much room here:
JMandelbrot.java

A spawn off of an existing eclipse product is required for customization for a client. (hence parallel product development)
The intention was to use Eclipse Fragment, but "Fragments are additive, they cannot override content found in the host."
how can we maintain one set of codes in the svn, yet allow customization by overriding some classes?
the current solution is to have a global flag to indicated which product it is and "if" "else" littered everywhere in the codes ...
I know how to mark a group of fields as primary key in ADO.NET entities but i haven't found a way to declare unique constraints or check constraints.
Is this feature missing on the designer or on the framework?
Thanx.
I'm trying to set the post_date of a blog post to Wordpress via XMLRPC.
I'm sending the data as a string:
$pubdate = '2010-04-08 13:46:43';
'post_date'=>$pubdate,
It appears 'post_date' is correct?
I also found this post losely related to the issue: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/330597
Can anyone suggest how I would post the date as: dateTime.iso8601
let's say i have variables A, B and C that two threads (T1, T2) share.
i have the following code:
//T1
//~~
A = 1;
B = 1;
C = 1;
InterlockedExchange(ref Foo, 1);
//T2 (executes AFTER T1 calls InterlockedExchange)
//~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
InterlockedExchange(ref Bar, 1);
WriteLine(A);
WriteLine(B);
WriteLine(C);
Question:
does calling InterlockedExchange (implicit full fence) on T1 and T2, gurentess that T2 will "See" the write done by T1 before the fence? (A, B and C variables), even though those variables are not plance on the same cache-line as Foo and Bar?
If I have 'export BLA="hey there"' in .profile in my home directory, how can I change this later in other directories just by cd into the other directory?
Also, is there a way to just set a new environment variable when I cd into a directory.
My first attempt was to just make another .bashrc file in the directory where I want the change but apparently that proved less than effective.
I'm on OS X btw.

Hi All,

fx: 'scrollHorz',
speed: 1500,
next: '#leftt',
prev: '#rightt',
startingSlide: 2,
timeout: 0, continuous: false,
pause: 1, sync: 1,
nowrap: 1,
slideExpr: '#myTrack'
});
Have a question about Android "android.graphics.Path", I know how to create a Path from a set points as float[], but could not find anyway to get back the array from the Path object. Is it possible? Thanks in advance.
I was just working on some application architecture and this may sound like a stupid question but please explain to me how the following works:
Interface:
public interface IMatterDAL
{
IEnumerable<Matter> GetMattersByCode(string input);
IEnumerable<Matter> GetMattersBySearch(string input);
}
Class:
public class MatterDAL : IMatterDAL
{
private readonly Database _db;
public MatterDAL(Database db)
{
_db = db;
LoadAll(); //Private Method
}
public virtual IEnumerable<Matter> GetMattersBySearch(string input)
{
//CODE
return result;
}
public virtual IEnumerable<Matter> GetMattersByCode(string input)
{
//CODE
return results;
}
Controller:
public class MatterController : ApiController
{
private readonly IMatterDAL _publishedData;
public MatterController(IMatterDAL publishedData)
{
_publishedData = publishedData;
}
[ValidateInput(false)]
public JsonResult SearchByCode(string id)
{
var searchText = id; //better name for this
var results = _publishedData.GetMattersBySearch(searchText).Select(
matter =>
new
{
MatterCode = matter.Code,
MatterName = matter.Name,
matter.ClientCode,
matter.ClientName
});
return Json(results);
}
This works, when I call my controller method from jquery and step into it, the call to the _publishedData method, goes into the class MatterDAL.
I want to know how does my controller know to go to the MatterDAL implementation of the Interface IMatterDAL. What if I have another class called MatterDAL2 which is based on the interface. How will my controller know then to call the right method?
I am sorry if this is a stupid question, this is baffling me.

I want to set up a global hotkey* in VB6 that listens to the keyboard shortcut Win + O.
I have found heaps of messy examples, but nothing which involves the Windows key.
What's the ideal way to setup hotkeys and how does one include the Windows key as a modifier?
* I'm after a global shortcut. That means I don't have to have the application in focus for it to work.
I'm uploading images in a grails app I'm developing and I want to be able to have an environment variable the determines where these images are. So if I'm working locally it can just pull from /home/MyName/images but once it's in production it will pull from http://images.site.com. How would I do that? I'm assuming i can set up my config.groovy with the variables i'm just not sure how i switch between them or use them in code.
