  Can anyone recommend a way to determine the timezone that an email was sent from in C#? Looking at the header information of an email includes information like: Received: from mail-ew0-f211.google.com (123.85.219.211) by UKExchange (10.1.10.99) with Microsoft SMTP Server id 1.2.345.6; Tue, 13 Apr 2010 14:26:24 +0100 Received: by ewy3 with SMTP id 3so288857ewy.6 for <[email protected]>; Tue, 13 Apr 2010 06:26:23 -0700 (PDT) MIME-Version: 1.0 Received: by 10.103.213.2 with HTTP; Tue, 13 Apr 2010 06:26:23 -0700 (PDT) X-Originating-IP: [83.244.243.210] Date: Tue, 13 Apr 2010 14:26:23 +0100 Received: by 10.103.3.17 with SMTP id f17mr3087878mui.123.1271165183473; Tue, 13 Apr 2010 06:26:23 -0700 (PDT) There are a number of "Received: from" and "Received: by" keys with a date, time and timezone indicated on the end. Which one of these should I attempt to parse? Is this a reliable way to figure out the sender's timezone, or anyone recommend a better way?

  Hello I looked a bit on this topic here but I found nothing that could help me. I need a program in Python or in C that will give me all possible combinations of a and b that will meet the requirement n=2*a+b, for n from 0 to 10. a, b and n are integers. For example if n=0 both a and b must be 0. For n=1 a must be zero and b must be 1, for n=2 a can be 1 and b=0, or a=0 and b=2, etc. I'm not that good with programming.   I have 2 sql queries that return results, both contain a contract number, now I want to get the unique values of contract numbers HEre's the query (SELECT contractno, dsignoff FROM campaigns WHERE clientid = 20010490 AND contractno != '' GROUP BY contractno,dsignoff) UNION (SELECT id AS contractno,signoffdate AS dsignoff FROM contract_details WHERE clientid = 20010490) So for example, if the first query before the union returns two results with contract no 10, and the sql query after the union also returns 10, then we have 3 rows in total, however because contractno of all three rows is 10, I need to have only one row returned, Is this possible?

If I understood correctly it should be possible to create a scikits.timeseries starting from datetime objects. I try the following code but it says that Insufficient parameters. The 2 datetime differs for few microseconds. In this case what should be the value for freq parameter? Is what I am trying allowed?   Hi all, I have a sorted ArrayList of values. I would like to get the distribution of the values. For example: Say I have 500 values, ranging from 1-100. I want to break them up into groups, say 10 groups: values 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, etc... I want the counts of each of the 500 values that fall into each category. For example, 5 of the 500 are valued at 1-10, 20 between 11-20, etc... However, I do not know the ranges of values in my ArrayList, it could be ranging from 1-30 or 1-200, but I want to break it up into, for example, 10 groups. Does anyone know how to do this?

I am attempting to use list() to extract a subset of a data.table as a data.table object as described in Section 1.4 of the data.table FAQ, but I can't get this behavior to work inside of a function. • gem install giving error that I can't change permissions.. chown and chmod not working
