A outsiders view of Fusion Apps.

Over the last couple of years I've heard some people comment that "Fusion isn't real". I've heard customers say they wanted to choose different technology stacks because they felt that Fusion "wouldn't work for them".
Interesting to hear an outsiders view of Fusion Apps.
To one particular customer who asked me "do you think I've painted myself into a corner by choosing ..." (and I'll not name the product he mentioned) - Yes, I do think you are in a corner now ;o)
