    Hi all, We have developed a multithreaded server that recieves data from multiple client and calls different WCF services. There are many cases that two (or more) different clients call the server at the same and the server tries to call the remote WCF from two different threads simultaneously. We have encountered some issues, especially when the remote WCF service is down. Are we doing things correctly? is there a best practice for this scenario? thanks, Guy.

    Hi there, I need to listen for user log in and log out events in Liferay. From what little I've been able to find, it seems that using Liferay hooks would be the way to accomplish this.     Hi, I'm customizing the buttons I'll show in the Ajax Html Editor and would like to see a sample of how to add font-size options inside the dropdownlist. public class HtmlEditor : Editor { { protected override void FillTopToolbar() TopToolbar.Buttons.Add(new AjaxControlToolkit.HTMLEditor.ToolbarButton.FontSize()); } } It shows the fontsize option but with a empty dropdownlist. How to show it with customized fontsize option? For sample, I want to show inside the fontsize dropdownlist just the options from 8 to 16. Thank you Josi

The program fetches items till it reaches the item index specified within item_num This is what I have: item_num = 56 range(0, item_num/100 + (item_num%100 > 0)): get_next_100() I'm not really sure about the (item_num%100 0) boolean I used. Is there anything wrong with what I did?

    Hi guys and gals I am less than satisfied in my HTML/CSS/JS debugging of pages with IE6 and 7 specific bugs. I am aware that IE8 has a Firebug clone, called 'Developer Tools' installed. Is it possible to have IE8 installed (maybe on a VM, i don't mind), set it to compatibility mode (is there one for IE6?), then perform JS debugging and live HTML changes, using the IE8 Developer Tools, just like we can in Firebug? many many thanks mieze

    Hi I've been trying to figure out how to put something like Joe's Fruits into a PHP array something like this: <?php $arr = array( 'Fruitland' => '3ddlskdf3', 'Joe's Fruits' => 'dddfdfer3', ); ?> Using the above for example (stackoverflow's code color should tell you this by now), the array will take it as 'Joe' between the two apostrophes instead of the whole 'Joe's Fruits' is there any way I can do this without just calling it 'Joes Fruits'?
