    Hi, I am using quartz scheduler in my spring project. I have to run a job after another job which is scheduled to run in every 15 mins? I cant run this job concurrently as both of this jobs have to access same mail account using different protocols(one to send:smtp and other to receive: imap) and it may cause problems. Please reply quickly, as its an urgent requirement.

  • Using base64 encoding as a mechanism to detect changes

    Is it possible to detect changes in the base64 encoding of an object to detect the degree of changes in the object. Suppose I send a document attachment to several users and each makes changes to it and emails back to me, can I use the string distance between original base64 and the received base64s to detect which version has the most changes. Would that be a valid metric? If not, would there be any other metrics to quantify the deltas?

    I wrote code in android for connecting to server with ssl, I use BKS algorithm, I can create socket but when I send data to switch, I get this error javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found. It is wonderful for me, I can connect to another server in local network with another BKS file and I can get response from that server, but with correct certificate in outside network, I cannot connect to another server, is it possible with network problem?   • NLog: Force BufferingTargetWrapper to empty on AppDomain UnhandledException

    I have NLog configured in my application to to use the BufferingTargetWrapper for sending emails with the MailTarget. The problem I'm running into is I can not find a way to force NLog to empty the BufferingTargetWrapper before the application exits from Unhandled Exceptions. I tried calling LogManager.Flush() and LogManager.DisableLogging() from the Current App Domain's UnhandledException Event but it does not seam to work. What would I need to do to make it send the emails?

  • Why is file_get_contents() faster than using fsock_open()?

    In PHP, sometimes I want to send an HTTP request to a remote site just to look at the response headers, so I declare it all manually and use the fsock_open() function. However, this goes much slower than calling file_get_contents() with a remote URL (which loads the whole page content). Why is this? Is there a good alternative way to get just the response headers (to check if a page returns a 404 error, for example) that works as fast as file_get_contents()?
