I haven't found anything mentioning a double right-click windows message but am curious if anybody knows of events that fire for a double right-click.
Any ideas?
Probably everyone knows about Chrome Experiments:
http://www.chromeexperiments.com/
that contain some stunning examples of what JS is capable of. It would be nice to compile a collection of similar projects (usually just blog posts) that showcase some original JS/CSS/HTML/Flash or any other web-related ideas and solutions.
I have a plain text file with words, which are separated by comma, for example:
word1, word2, word3, word2, word4, word5, word 3, word6, word7, word3
i want to delete the duplicates and to become:
word1, word2, word3, word4, word5, word6, word7
Any Ideas? I think, egrep can help me, but i'm not sure, how to use it exactly....
Hi, I'm looking for an alternave to the parse_ini_file() function in php. I want a simple way to store config settings, but want the flexibility to store unlimited levels of multiple arrays, special characters, etc. Any ideas?
Hi all,
I would like to get a list of all the components so that I can further process them. Is this possible, if so, how can I do that? I don't believe I can observe all postCreate events since it is simply an exact match and not a regular expression.
@Observer("org.jboss.seam.postCreate.")
You can only observe those events and not * as it is put into a map where the key is a string.
Any ideas?

vCard lines can be folded by inserting "\r\n " (that's a space at the start of the new line), but I'm struggling to unfold them with the line-oriented GNU tools (sed, cut). Any ideas? Effectively, from the string
foo
bar
baz
ban
bay
bal
it must return
foobar
baz
banbaybal
We have a .Net application that runs as a shell for certain users. We'd like the application to automatically restart when it crashes.
The application is set as the shell here:
HKEY_USERS*User*\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\WinLogon\Shell
I've tried adding an "AutoRestartShell" key with a value of "1", like what exists in:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\WinLogon.
When I kill the application's process for the user (via RDP) the application exits, but never restarts.
Ideas?
I'm trying to filter ALL widget output through a simple filter, but can't find any hooks and was hoping to be pointed in the right direction. Or possibly my efforts are not even possible?
My simple filter is something like this:
function clean_widget_output( $input ) {
return str_replace( array( "\t", "\n", "\r" ), '', $input );
}
add_[FILTER OR ACTION]( 'need_a_hook', 'clean_widget_output', 99 );
Any ideas? I'm pretty new to PHP, but I can get around.
The following Fortran code is giving me a bus error on my Mac but no errors when I run it on my Linux machine:
PROGRAM TINY
WRITE(UNIT=*, FMT=*) 'Hello, world!'
END
My understanding is that a bus error occurs when the program attempts to access impossible memory but I do not understand where such an attempt has been made in this program. My MacBook has GCC 4.4.0 and my Linux machine has GCC 4.3.2. Any ideas as to why this error occurs?
Can I create an MKAnnotation, or is it read only? I have coordinates, but I am not finding it easy to manually create an MKAnnotation with using setCoordinate.
Ideas?
Hi,
I want to execute the following code:
methodName := thisContext sender method selector.
aClass selectors do: [:current | current == methodName ifTrue: aBlock].
Although the strings are equal, it never steps into the "ifTrue", I've tried converting both of them to ByteArray\String and it steel didn't work. Any ideas of how to compare them so I will get to the "ifTrue"?
Thanks in advance
I am in the process of switching my development environment from sqlite3 to postgresql 8.4 and have one last hurdle.
In my original I had the following line in a helper method;
result = Users.find(:all, :order => "name collate NOCASE")
which provided a very nice case-insensitive search. I can't replicate this for postgresql. Should be easy - any ideas?
Thanks.
Hi,
Anyone know how to best implement a multilingual static site using webby?
I would put content for the multiple languages in content/{lang}/{page}.txt for starters, any ideas on the rest?
I've never used webby.
Thanks, Max.
I would like to define some aliases in fish. Apparently it should be possible to define them in
~/.config/fish/functions
but they don't get auto loaded when I restart the shell. Any ideas?
p.s. if anyone is using or has used fish in the past I'd be interested to hear your comments as to whether it offers anything that bash does not.
This is the standard question, "How do I set a process limit for a user account in Linux to prevent fork-bombing," with an additional twist. The running program originates as a root-owned Python process, which then setuids/setgids itself as a regular user. As far as I know, at this point, any limits set in /etc/security/limits.conf do not apply; the setuid-ed process may now fork bomb. Any ideas how to prevent this?
I want to be able to take a url and map it to a set of web parameters. For example:
www.web.com/1/2/3 would be interpreted as www.web.com/default.asp?x=1&y=2&z=3
I know I've seen it done, I just can't find it anymore. Any ideas?
Is there a way in .NET to perform the same technique Photoshop uses for Gradient Mapping (Image - Adjustments - Gradient Map [Gradient Editor])? Any ideas, links, code, etc. would be welcome.
C/Obj-C Developers- I am looking for a way to listen for a specific word or small set of words to be spoken and fire an event. Needs to be able to run on the iPhone/iPad ... Looking for ideas?
Hi,
I have a python class which reads a config file using ConfigParser:
Config file:
[geography]
Xmin=6.6
Xmax=18.6
Ymin=36.6
YMax=47.1
Python code:
class Slicer:
def __init__(self, config_file_name):
config = ConfigParser.ConfigParser()
config.read(config_file_name)
# Rad the lines from the file
self.x_min = config.getfloat('geography', 'xmin')
self.x_max = config.getfloat('geography', 'xmax')
self.y_min = config.getfloat('geography', 'ymin')
self.y_max = config.getfloat('geography', 'ymax')
I feel that the last four lines are repetitive, and should somehow be compressed to one Pythonic line that would create a self.item variable for each item in the section.
Any ideas?

Hi, I'm keep getting oauth_problem=consumer_key_unknown error when trying oauth https://api.login.yahoo.com/oauth/v2/get_request_token
I'm pretty sure my consumer key is correct because it works locally (Runs via 127.0.0.1). Just keep giving me oauth_problem=consumer_key_unknown when I try it on my server. Any ideas?
I have a jtable inside of a scrollpane. how can i stop the scrollpane from scrolling up or down when a cell that is partly out of view gains focus?
the problem is i am setting the cells to editable when the user mouses over them, so when you mouse over a cell that's partly out of view, the view changes suddenly. I don't like this behaviour. any ideas on how to change it?
When you enter editing mode on a grouped-style UITableView, the cells indent to show the editing control (if you aren't sure what I mean, see this picture (editing mode) http://i.imgur.com/GJXvL.png and this (non-editing mode) http://i.imgur.com/ahKYS.png).
I am trying to manually indent a cell when the tableView is not in editing mode. I tried the indentationLevel property, but that just moves the text further to the right inside the cell and doesn't actually change the cell.
Any ideas?
I wrote a custom management command for django. Locally with my dev settings everything works fine. Now I deployed my project onto the production server and the management command does not show up, respectively is not available. But I did not get an error message deploying the project (syncdb).
Any ideas where I could try to begin to search?
Is there a special command that all custom management commands are "autodiscovered"?
The following code executes fine in Firefox and Chrome, but gives an error:
'null' is null or not an object
when executed in Internet Explorer.
if (xmlhttp.responseXML != null)
{
var xmlDoc = xmlhttp.responseXML.documentElement ;
var ResultNodes = xmlDoc.getElementsByTagName ("Result") ; <---- error here
if (ResultNodes != null)
{
(I would have thought the line after the one indicated would be more likely to return the error but the debugger says the run-time error is at the line indicated)
Any ideas why?
