I'm on Red Hat (RHEL 5).
Certificate request process works fine. Once the certificate is received from VeriSign, the installation process also works fine (no errors.) However, once installed, the new certificate is not "assigned." Meaning, when I view the IIS instance security properties, it still shows the previous certificate start & end dates.
Thoughts? Windows 2003, Web Edition. I have 3 other Win2003WE machines, configured nearly the same, and do not have this problem.

After writing all the comments inside the code about the javadoc such as
/**
* This method compares the student's answer to the standard answer * @param ans The student's answer
* @return True for correct answer; False for incorrect answer
*/
boolean compareAnswer(int ans);
I guess it starts with :
javadoc [optionss] [packages|files]
I'm not sure what is the regular or default [option] and how can I say to produce it in my current home directory?
When an external JavaScript file is referenced,
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.4.4.min.js"></script>
is the JavaScript source (lines of code before interpretation) available from the DOM or window context in the current HTML page? I mean by using only standard JavaScript without any installed components or tools.
I know tools like Firebug trace into external source but it's installed on the platform and likely has special ability outside the context of the browser sandbox.
Hello,
for my application (WPF) I'd like to use the standard icons for save, open... However, I'm not aware of them being available as vector graphics? So, where can one get them, is it maybe possible to extract them from some DLL files or whatever? Thank you very much!
Outside the standard mouse/keyboard combination are there any other peripherals that you use to make you programming more efficient?
One option that I have considered is using AutoHotKey to script the buttons on a Logitech Wingman to run different functions/keystrokes that are not available on the keyboard.
I have two servlet: first servlet is similar to a client and creates an HttpURLConnection to call the second servlet.
I would like send a special error, formatted like a JSON object, so I call sendError method in this way: response.sendError(code, "{json-object}")
But in the first servlet when I read error with getResponseMessage method I just get standard HTTP message and not my json object as a string.
How I can get my json string?
I'm trying to get to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameUX\, but the only subkey being returned in C# is MachineSettings - even though there are additional subkeys, including Games and several keys named for different user SIDs. How can I access these other keys? Even a standard user account can read the content of both Games and that account's own SID (when looking in regedit)...
What is the most standard encryption technique used in sql server for asp.net c# enterprise level application? . i am talking with respect to standards like md5 or sh1 etc, hashing
I'm coming to C++ from a .Net background. Knowing how to use the Standard C++ Libraries, and all the syntax, I've never ventured further. Now I'm looking learning a bit more, such as what libraries are commonly used? I want to start getting into Threading but have no idea to start. Is there a library (similar to how .net has System.Threading) out there that will make it a bit easier? I'm specifically looking to do Linux based network programming.
Hi, I'm making a plugin and one of the options is a standard callback. I want the user to be able to re-run the jQuery plugin's this.each() which basically re-runs the plugin, for example;
callback: function(){
// some code to rerun the plugin here after 10 seconds
}
I know I can do this like so: $(this).plugin_name(); but it won't contain any of the options I've specified.
Any help would be appreciated.
I put the RichTextBox in my Silverlight App. Do I have to create my own set of buttons to use it? I want to have a standard set of editing buttons for the text box.
Hi,
I'm using godaddy shared hosting, with IIS7, Integrated mode, and published up a bog standard MVC2 app to dev.lazygekko.com created with Visual Web Developer 2010.
It all works, however when any of the links are clicked, they point to dev.lazygekko.com/dev/..., dev being the folder it is pointing at.
Can anyone shed some light on what I may be doing wrong?
Many thanks.
I want to display to my user how many (percent wise) of their forms are compliant with the new standard. The way I want to let them know visually is the percent amount will be colored. It will be 0xFF0000 (pure red) for 0% and 0x00FF00 (pure green) at 100%. What is the best way to calculate the color for each step along the way?
Hi,
I want to create a script that checks an URL and perform an action (download + unzip) when the "Last-Modified" header of the remote file changed. I thought about fetching the header with curl but then I have to store it somewhere for each file and perform a date comparison.
Does anyone have a different idea using (mostly) standard unix tools?
thanks
There is a python module called "_Qt". PyQt is not what I want. I was wondering if there was any documentation for the _Qt module installed with python as a standard module. I have a mac.
I want to build a simple application that looks up words against Wiktionary to see if they exist. Is there a standard API supported by the Wiktionary software that would let me do this? Alternatively, is there any way I can pull down the dictionary data that backs a Wiktionary? There are many international variants who's data I would love to put a different front-end around.
I think the subject says it all. I always call it the "arrow operator", but I'm sure it has an official name. I quickly skimmed the C++ standard and didn't see it mentioned by name.

According to the responses in "Why subtract null pointer in offsetof()?" (and my reading of K&R), the C standard doesn't require that (size_t)((char *)0) == 0. Still, I've never seen a situation where casting a null pointer to an integer type evaluates to anything else.
If there is a compiler or scenario where (size_t)((char *)0) != 0, what is it?
I have a web application built using Aptana Studio 3, the web application is targeted towards different platforms that execute HTML5 applications as native applications therefore not browsers per-se and therefore needs to be build differently for each platform as it is not a standard website.
I need to be able to:
Specify html templates that can be included/excluded in different
builds for the same file
Package the website in a zip
Optionally override some modules (requirejs is used for modules) as they are device specific
Publish to an FTP server
Whilst I can do all of this manually it can be error prone.
