    The UINavigationBar and UISearchBar both have a tintColor property that allows you to change the tint color (surprising, I know) of both of those items. I want to do the same thing to the UITabBar in my application, but have found now way to change it from the default black color. Any ideas?

  • Makefiles, symlinked folder & relative paths

    Let say I have the following folders: /A/C /D/B/E /D/B/C (this is a symlink to /A/C created by ln -s) When one of the makefiles tries to use the path /D/B/C/../E it gets a "no file or directory" error. I understand why this happens; /A/E does not exist. However I have to use symlinks to populate the B folder and create the build tree (very long story). Any ideas?

    Running through an iPhone SDK book and one of the examples has me creating a table and then later adding a UISegmentedControl to the table for sorting. I dutifully did this in IB, and it looks great: When I run it in the simulator or my phone, it's totally squished: The buttons work perfectly, it's just they are not sizing according to their content. Also, I need to show the product name but at the same time I need to bind the productId as this is Id will stored in the database. any ideas?

    Hi, I would like to rewrite the collection that is returned by Mage::getResourceModel('sales/order_collection'); My goal is to rewrite this resource so that i can filter out the collection for particular Store. Any ideas on how to do it? I tried directly rewrite collection of the sales/order module but no success. I was able to rewrite sales/order itself but not the collection, because when i call getCollection() it returns "Fatal error: Call to undefined method Mage_Sales_Model_Mysql4_Order::getCollection() " Any idea will help.   • 404 error for pages using a master page in IIS7

    Hello, I have developed my .net web app on XP using IIS6. It uses just plain old master pages, nothing fancy. No nested master page. When I deployed it to the server, which is IIS7, suddenly any page that implements a master page, will not be rendered. Gives a 404 error instead. Any ideas, about confguration that I need to specify in IIS7 that is not in IIS6? Thanks
