  Each day an application creates a file called file_YYYYMMDD.csv where YYYYMMDD is the production date. But sometimes the generation fails and no files are generated for a couple of days. I'd like an easy way in a bash or sh script to find the filename of the most recent file, which has been produced before a given reference date. Typical usage: find the last generated file, disregarding those produced after the May 1st. Thanks for your help

  When I try to create an object of Graphics, why doesn't the following work? System.Drawing.Graphics graphicsObj = new System.Drawing.Graphics(); (I am aware that I could create a private System.Windows.Forms.Panel Obj; and then do CreateGraphics() if I wanted it to work) I tried to find a custom constructor for Graphics, but I couldn't find one. Where did Microsoft define it, or how did it block it?

However, I also find it very annoying to replicate the same code and views without the possibility to keep at least a reusable library of the most common xibs.   One can use matchedset.find(selector) / matchedset.parents(selector) to get the descendants/ancestors of the current matched set filtered by a sealector, but that doesn't include the matched set itself (if it happens to match the selector too). Is there a better (more consise and/or faster) way to get it than matchedset.find(selector).add(matchedset.filter(selector)) and the respective for parents() ?

I took a look at Cairo docs but I cant see how Athens is related to Cairo. http://zetcode.com/gfx/cairo/basicdrawing/ In the above link I cant find any equivalent for cairo_set_line_width(cr, 1); I tried to look inside Athens but is nowhere to be found. Overall I find the Athens architecture quite confusing though Cairo looks simple. Any idea how to makes this work ?
