    Hello, So I have the following: var box = $(".MyCheckBox"); if (box[0].checked) { // Do something } else { // Do something else } Is there a better way of doing this using filters or something? I know I can go: $(".MyCheckBox") .filter(function(index) { return this.checked; }) .each(function() { // do something }); But I need to do something in the else statement... easier way of doing this?     i create my own dialog form with two buttons (ok, cancel) and checked list box. i want to get all selected strings in first form which shown second form. for that purpose i do function GetSelected which return CheckedIndices-GetEnumerator() of my list box. now i want to deselect all strings on pressed cancel button. And deselect all strings on close form by pressing X in corner of form. how to track click the X?

    I encountered a memory problem in Mathematica, when I tried to process my experimental data. It's a system of two differential equations and I need to find most suitable parameters. Unfortunately I am not a Pro in Mathematica, so the program used a lot of memory, when the parameter epsilon is more than 0.4. When it less than 0.4, the program work properly. The command 'historylength = 0' and attempts to reduce the Accuracy Goal and WorkingPrecision didn`t help. I can't use ' clear Cache ', because there isnt a circle. I'm trying to understand what mistakes I made, and how I may limit the memory usage.     I'm building a WPF application and working with the MVVM pattern. I have 4 projects in my solution, 3 class libraries, Data, Model and ViewModel and the WPF executable View. Is there anything wrong with the Model referencing WindowsBase so that I can use ObservableCollection<T> for example or can I just make use of what I intuitively feel I need without worrying about the original purposes of the class in the framework e.g. collection databinding.

    Is there any way for a before_save filter to halt the entire save without halting the transaction? What I'm trying to do is have a "sample" version of my model that the user can interact with and save but the changes themselves are never actually saved. The following will halt the transaction and (naturally) return false when I call @model.update_attributes: before_filter :ignore_changes_if_sample def ignore_changes_if_sample if self.sample? return false end end Thanks!

You just type a tag and press return or space and it's will be inside a nice box, and you can delete it by only pressing the backspace key or the close icon.
