  Hello All, I dont know how to copy table data from one server - database - table TO other sever - database - table. If it is with in the same server and different databases, i have used the following SELECT * INTO DB1..TBL1 FROM DB2..TBL1 (to copy with table structure and data) INSERT INTO DB1..TBL1(F1, F2) SELECT F1, F2 FROM DB2..TBL1 (copy only data) Now my question is copy the data from SERVER1 -- DB1-- TBL1 to SERVER2 -- DB2 --TBL2 Thanks in advance!

  Hello, I am trying to install the PotionStore on my Mac OS X 10.6 server with Ruby on Rails 3 installed. Upon launching the server on port 3000 and pointing safari to this address, I get this: NameError in Store/orderController#index uninitialized constant ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::PostgreSQLAdapter::PGconn What does this mean?   Hello, I want to set the size of a JFrame such that the contentPane is the desired size. JFrame.setSize() doesn't take the window decorations into account, so the contentPane is slightly too small. The size of the window decorations are platform and theme specific, so it's bad news to try to manually account for them. JFrame.getContentPane().setSize() fails because it's managed. Ideas? Thanks!

  Hello, I'm building a shopping cart and I would like to use a JavaScript function to validate user input when entering the quantity value in the quantity text input. I would like to allow the entering of integer values only (no floats, no other characters). I know that I can apply this function using onKeyUp event and also I found isNaN() function, but it returns true even for floats (which is not ok). Can you guys help me out with this one? Thanks.

I have the function with following signature: void box_sort(int**, int, int) and variable of following type: int boxes[MAX_BOXES][MAX_DIMENSIONALITY+1] When I am calling the function box_sort(boxes, a, b) GCC gives me two warnings: 103.c:79: warning: passing argument 1 of ‘box_sort’ from incompatible pointer type (string where i am calling the function) 103.c:42: note: expected ‘int **’ but argument is of type ‘int (*)[11] (string where the function is defined) The question is why? Whether int x[][] and int** x (and actually int* x[]) are not the same types in C?

  Hello, I'm experiencing something really strange with my javascript in chrome with Date().format. If I use the console and type: d = new Date(Date.parse("2010-05-28")) d.format("yyyy-MM-dd"); "" d._toFormattedString(); "Fri May 28 2010 00:00:00 GMT+0200 (W. Europe Daylight Time)" Anyone got any clue why I get an empty string? And it's only in Chrome, didn't happen in Chrome 4, and it doesn't happen in IE8/Firefox3.5

  Hello, So when your using ASP.NET Wizards to create a login, it uses a set of auto generated tables using the aspnet_regsql.exe tool... When you create a user using the wizard it generates a very long userID "a40cf936-1596-4560-a26c-450792e2c8c0" I want to add users using another program that connects to this database... but how does visual studio auto-generate this ID. For instance, this table: id - int(11) name - string(20) I want in php to select the maximum number of characters that a field can have, like SELECT length(name) from table1 and it should then return 20 (since its the maximum number of characters for that field).
