  • GoogleAppEngine : JAR for enhancer not found, yet ASM is on the classpath

    - by James.Elsey
When deploying my application to GoogleAppEngine I'm getting the following message after the upload Exception in thread "Thread-0" You have selected to use ClassEnhancer "ASM" yet the JAR for that enhancer does not seem to be in the CLASSPATH! org.datanucleus.enhancer.NucleusEnhanceException: You have selected to use ClassEnhancer "ASM" yet the JAR for that enhancer does not seem to be in the CLASSPATH! at org.datanucleus.enhancer.DataNucleusEnhancer.init(DataNucleusEnhancer.java:212) at org.datanucleus.enhancer.DataNucleusEnhancer.addClasses(DataNucleusEnhancer.java:370) at org.datanucleus.enhancer.EnhancerProcessor$EnhanceRunnable.run(EnhancerProcessor.java:163) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:636) I'm not sure why this is happening, since I have the following in my POM <dependency> <groupId>asm</groupId> <artifactId>asm</artifactId> <version>3.2</version> </dependency> Which is required by GAE, and the ASM jar is located in the target directory, so I'm failing to see what the issue is Any ideas? • Adding 90000 XElement to XDocument

    - by Jon
I have a Dictionary<int, MyClass> It contains 100,000 items 10,000 items value is populated whilst 90,000 are null. I have this code: var nullitems = MyInfoCollection.Where(x => x.Value == null).ToList(); nullitems.ForEach(x => LogMissedSequenceError(x.Key + 1)); private void LogMissedSequenceError(long SequenceNumber) { DateTime recordTime = DateTime. Now; var errors = MyXDocument.Descendants("ERRORS").FirstOrDefault(); if (errors != null) { errors.Add( new XElement("ERROR", new XElement("DATETIME", DateTime.Now.ToString("dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm:ss:fff")), new XElement("DETAIL", "No information was read for expected sequence number " + SequenceNumber), new XAttribute("TYPE", "MISSED"), new XElement("PAGEID", SequenceNumber) ) ); } } This seems to take about 2 minutes to complete. I can't seem to find where the bottleneck might be or if this timing sounds about right? Can anyone see anything to why its taking so long?

  • Is it possible to serve up a resource as both JSON and Aspx with OpenRasta?

    - by Jeffrey Cameron
(I'm also asking this on the OpenRasta google group) Hey all, I've been using OpenRasta to convert an old web application we have into something RESTful. IS it possible to serve up a resource (or specifically a list of resources) as both .aspx and JSON? I have tried this but no matter what I try I keep getting the .aspx back ... any ideas? Here's a sample configuration: ResourceSpace.Has.ResourcesOfType<List<Valueset>>() .AtUri("/valuesets") .HandledBy<ValuesetHandler>() .AsJsonDataContract() .And.AsXmlDataContract() .And.RenderedByAspx("~/Views/VauesetView.aspx")

  • To call SelectMany dynamically in the way of System.Linq.Dynamic

    - by user341127
In System.Linq.Dynamic, there are a few methods to form Select, Where and other Linq statements dynamically. But there is no for SelectMany. The method for Select is as the following: public static IQueryable Select(this IQueryable source, string selector, params object[] values) { if (source == null) throw new ArgumentNullException("source"); if (selector == null) throw new ArgumentNullException("selector"); LambdaExpression lambda = DynamicExpression.ParseLambda(source.ElementType, null, selector, values); IQueryable result = source.Provider.CreateQuery( Expression.Call( typeof(Queryable), "Select", new Type[] { source.ElementType, lambda.Body.Type }, source.Expression, Expression.Quote(lambda))); return result; } I tried to modify the above code, after hours working, I couldn't find a way out. Any suggestions are welcome. Ying

  • Creating DescriptionAttribute on Enumeration Field using System.Reflection.Emit

    - by Manish Sinha
I have a list of strings which are candidates for Enumerations values. They are Don't send diffs 500 lines 1000 lines 5000 lines Send entire diff The problem is that spaces, special characters are not a part of identifiers and even cannot start with a number, so I would be sanitizing these values to only chars, numbers and _ To keep the original values I thought of putting these strings in the DescriptionAttribute, such that the final Enum should look like public enum DiffBehvaiour { [Description("Don't send diffs")] Dont_send_diffs, [Description("500 lines")] Diff_500_lines, [Description("1000 lines")] Diff_1000_lines, [Description("5000 lines")] Diff_5000_lines, [Description("Send entire diff")] Send_entire_diff } Then later using code I will retrieve the real string associated with the enumeration value, so that the correct string can be sent back the web service to get the correct resource. I want to know how to create the DescriptionAttribute using System.Reflection.Emit Basically the question is where and how to store the original string so that when the Enumeration value is chosen, the corresponding value can be retrieved. I am also interested in knowing how to access DescriptionAttribute when needed.

Hi, In the weather.com site it has forecast for 10 days. For example, in this url: http://www.weather.com/weather/narrative/GRXX0004 I cannot seem to find a feed for that kind of data. Could I pull a feed for each one of those days? Is there something I am missing? How could I easily parse data for 10 days? Thank you!

  • How can I use an Ant foreach iteration with values from a file?

    - by Egon Willighagen
In our Ant build environment, I have to do the same task for a number of items. The AntContrib foreach task is useful for that. However, the list is in a parameter, where I actually have the list in a file. How can I iterate over items in a file in an foreach-like way in Ant? Something like (pseudo-code): <foreach target="compile-module" listFromFile="$fileWithModules"/> I'm happy to write a custom Task, and welcome any suggestion on possible solutions.

  • jaxb unmarshaling with schema validation in runtime

    - by ekeren
I am using jaxb for my application configurations I feel like I am doing something really crooked and I am looking for a way to not need an actual file or this transaction. As you can see in code I: 1.create a schema into a file from my JaxbContext (from my class annotation actually) 2.set this schema file in order to allow true validation when I unmarshal Schema mySchema = SchemaFactory.newInstance(XMLConstants.W3C_XML_SCHEMA_NS_URI).newSchema(schemaFile); jaxbContext.generateSchema(new MySchemaOutputResolver()); // ultimately creates schemaFile Unmarshaller u = m_context.createUnmarshaller(); u.setSchema(mySchema); u.unmarshal(...); do any of you know how I can validate jaxb without needing to create a schema file that sits in my computer? Do I need to create a schema for validation, it looks redundant when I get it by JaxbContect.generateSchema ? How do you do this?

  • Parsing complex string using regex

    - by wojtek_z
My regex skills are not very good and recently a new data element has thrown my parser into a loop Take the following string "+USER=Bob Smith-GROUP=Admin+FUNCTION=Read/FUNCTION=Write" Previously I had the following for my regex : [+\\-/] Which would turn the result into USER=Bob Smith GROUP=Admin FUNCTION=Read FUNCTION=Write FUNCTION=Read But now I have values with dashes in them which is causing bad output New string looks like "+USER=Bob Smith-GROUP=Admin+FUNCTION=Read/FUNCTION=Write/FUNCTION=Read-Write" Which gives me the following result , and breaks the key = value structure. USER=Bob Smith GROUP=Admin FUNCTION=Read FUNCTION=Write FUNCTION=Read Write Can someone help me formulate a valid regex for handling this or point me to some key / value examples. Basically I need to be able to handle + - / signs in order to get combinations.

  • System.Net.WebProxy in .NET Client

    - by NealWalters
I don't yet have a good understanding of how the network is set up at my current client, but here is my issue. The vendor has a normal URL, but it might be a leased line. I have a .NET program that calls an external .asmx service. If I go to IE, Connections, LAN Settings, and uncheck "Automatic detect settings" and uncheck "Use Automatic Configuration Sript", then the .NET program runs and access the web service fine. But then, to access internet again from the browser, I have to re-check the two boxes, and so on throughout the day while we are testing and browsing. I'm hoping to put some code like this in the .NET program to avoid us having to constantly change: if (chkUseProxy.Checked) { myclient.Proxy = new System.Net.WebProxy(""); } I tried null and empty string and so far not able to connect without errors. Is this possible, and if so, what might be the correct parms for the constructor? Or are there other objects or properties that would need to be set? Thanks, Neal Walters

We have Impersonation turned on, so we are connecting to AD with the same user credentials. What are we missing here? Why is it working on the developer's machine, but not the development server? The actual exception that we were receiving was "An operations error occurred".

  • How do I select the last XHTML <span> element with a particular class in XPath?

    - by Fintan
My target XHTML document (simplified) is like the following: <html> <head> </head> <body> <span class="boris"> </span> <span class="boris"> </span> <span class="johnson"> </span> </body> </html> I'm trying to select the last of class "boris." The XPath expression //span[@class="boris"] selects all spans of class boris. How do I select the last one of these? I've tried //span[@class="boris" and last()] which doesn't work because last() here refers to the last span in the WHOLE DOCUMENT. How do I select all the spans of class boris... and then the last one of these? I've read 5 or 6 XPath tutorials and done a lot of Googling and I can't find a way to do this in XPath alone :( Thanks in advance for help :)

  • assigning in system of differential equations

    - by Alireza
hi every one! when i solve numerically a system of two differential equations: s1:=diff(nDi, t)=...; s2:=diff(nT, t)=...; ics:={...}; #initial condition. sys := {s1, s2, ics}: sol:=dsolve(sys, numeric); with respect to "t",then the solution (for example)for "t=4" is of the form, sol(4): [t=4, n1(t)=const1, n2(t)=const2]. now, how is possible to use values of n1(t) and n2(t) for all "t"'s in another equation, namely "p", which involved n1(t) or n2(t)(like: {p=a+n1(t)*n2(t)+f(t)},where "a" and "f(t)" are defined), and to plot "p" for an interval of "t"?

' That assumes it will still be memory-resident the next time it is invoked. ' Replace invalid characters with empty strings. Return Regex.Replace(inputXML, "[^><\w\.@-]", "") End Function
