Ive already used (worked) with databases in java / php (postgresql), but is there maybe an "easier" way to store the things.. i mean if the db is going to be big than i could use (postgre or mysql), but this one would be small.

• Responsive width for iPhone

  This is my first time building a responsive site, and as I tailor the CSS for the iPhone I'm running into a problem. The styles all apply correctly, the text changes size and the wrapper changes widths. The problem is the iPhone browser still opens up at a huge width, see the screenshot: I'm using @media all and (max-device-width: 480px) {} to set the specific iPhone css. body {width:;} doesn't work. As these are all separate models with their own ID's, I need a global ID table. • How to track how many times an iPhone app is opened?

  I am building an iphone app and would like to keep track of how many times it has been opened so that I can prompt the user to do certain actions after it has been opened X number of times. I have thought about storing a variable in Core Data which I update every time it is opened, but this seems like a waste since it is a singleton data, not multiple instances of an object. What is the best way to store data like this and access it without slowing down the app opening time?
