  Hi. my macbook pro is on the fritz! I bought a new imac because i couldn't afford the new laptop. Is it possible for me to take a disc image of a macbook pro and have it all work on a new imac with a newer OS.   Hi, my problem is that my full tables and text are coming about 15 cm away from left side, so my text has very little space on right side, about 3 cm.   Hi I'm using highcharts to create some charts (pie, bar, etc...) using just Javascript. These charts do not use Flash or anything like that. Is it possible for me to convert the resulting HTML page with the Javascript chart to an excel document that properly shows the image? I've tried the standard change mime types for excel and so far I've only been able to export an HTML table on the page, but no chart.

  Hi, I have a php script that inserts values into mySQL table INSERT INTO stories (title) VALUES('$_REQUEST[title]); I checked the values of my request variables before going into the table and it's fine. But when I add title=john to the table for example, I get something like this: title = "[][][][]john" and when I extract the value, it's a newline then john. I have my columns set to utf-8, I tried swedish character set as well. Note: I don't get this error when inserting values from the phpMyAdmin commandline

• Dojo Tooltips missing the mark sometimes

  Hi everyone, I'm using tooltips for icons that are displayed in a dijit.Dialog. Sometimes they work just fine, but other times they get placed around 25 to 50 pixels further away from the target than they should be. I can't see any pattern to when this happens.   Hi, I'm trying to develop an application that use the GPS and Compass of the iPhone in order to point some sort of pointer to a specific location (like the compass always point to the North). The location is fixed and I always need the pointer to point to that specific location no matter where the user is located. I have the Lat/Long coordinates of this location but not sure how can I point to that location using the Compass and the GPS... any help will be appreciated. Netanel
