  recently I found a video on the net ( a .mp4 file), and when I had it on my computer with Windows7, I noticed its thumbnail was not the average windows 7 video thumbnail (which looks like a piece of video film with a random picture from the movie), but a custom thumbnail! Looking in the file properties did not help find the correct button to change the thumbnail...so I just wonder how he did it! • Windows 7 freezing after returning from idle.

  If i return to my windows 7 x64 computer after it has been idle for a couple of minutes it will respond for 3 seconds and after that everything freezes for around 5-30 seconds and then the computer starts working normally again. The freezing time varies and some times it even get stuck there forever requiring a hard reboot. This is very annoying as you can imagine, it's almost as slow as resuming from hibernation every time you left it idle enough to turn off the monitor.

My VMWare player installation has setup the two network adaptor VMnet1 and VMnet8 and they are picked up as unidentified networks with no network access (i need this to activate my windows server installation on it). The option to change the network location is not available (this might be because of network policy on the domain despite having set this as configurable in the local security policy section). Similar options with middle-click would also be nice, such as scrolling the taskbar (maybe cycling directly through the Alt-Tab window). 7 Task Tweaker is close to this, actually, but it doesn't do what I would like.
