    Hello, I have imported a fresh new project into my Subversion repository which is of 36MB, but after I imported my project, I checked the Repository folder and I see that the Repository folder just increased by 6MB. So, I am wondering, where actually my project files are saved ? Environment: Windows 7, Client : Tortoise Subversion, Visual Studio Plugin : Visual Subversion.

    Hi, I have a query: declare @Code nvarchar(100) select @Code="BMW" select name from NewCars where code=@Code if @@rowcount = 0 Select name from OldCars where code=@Code In Sql managment studio first part give me 0 resuklts, and second 1 one result, and that is ok, but in sqldatareader I use the same query ofcource without: declare @Code nvarchar(100) select @Code="BMW" because I use: cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Code", "BMW"); And using (SqlDataReader reader = cmd.ExecuteReader()) { if (reader.HasRows) { while (reader.Read()) { Name= reader["Name"].ToString(); } } else { throw new NotSupportedException("Lack of car with this Code"); } } gives me zero result

    Every new web service you create using visual studio comes with a predefined namespace like this: [WebService(Namespace = "http://tempuri.org/")] My web service will run at different clients, and on different domains, so because of this I don't know the domain upfront during development, also I don't want to have to edit this file, each time I deploy to a new client. What exactly should the value of Namespace be? It seems like a web address, but that doesn't make sense to me. Please explain. Thanks

    I could generate DLL and link it to the EXE as follows with Visual Studio (csc) mcs /target:library /out:MathLibrary.DLL Add.cs Mult.cs mcs /out:TestCode.exe /reference:MathLibrary.DLL TestCode.cs But, with mono, I have to give the DLL info as follows. mcs /out:TestCode.exe /reference:./MathLibrary.DLL TestCode.cs <-- Is this expected behavior? Is there any way to use just the name of DLL in mono?

    SA1124 DoNotUseRegions suggest that region should not be used anywhere. Is it really reasonable? I think region is a way to group relative code together and make large class easy to read, for example, if you generate interface method in for class, a region will be automatically inserted by visual studio. I would like to remove this rule while checking code style. May I know your ideal on this rule?

I plan to use Zend Server only to do URL profiling to know function level performance of my code.   • SQL Rounding Problems in 2005 and 2000

    I have a value in the database which is 2.700000002. When I run a query in Management studio in SQL SERVER 2005 I get 2.7. But when I run in SQL SERVER 2000 query analyzer it comes 2.700000002. 2.70000002 is correct why is SQL SERVER 2005 trying to change the value by rounding it or selecting the floor value?
