I'd like to block all characters from being inputed except 0-9,a-z,A-Z range only alphanumeric characters. So when someone types ! for examplee nothing is written into input. How can I do that?
I'm currently trying to disable the nested sorting, as it does not pass the parameters for the nested sort to the store url (only the first sorted column gets passed over). I tried to set "nestedSorting: false" in the grid setup (programmatically), but the sorting is still being showed in the grid headers. Isn't it possible to disable the nested sort?
I have a column DECIMAL(9,6) i.e. it supports values like 999,123456.
But when I insert data like 123,4567 it becomes 123,456700
How to remove those zeros?
What is the minimum set of primitives required such that a language is Turing complete and a lisp variant?
Seems like car, cdr and some flow control and something for REPL is enough. It be nice if there is such list.
Assume there are only 3 types of data, integers, symbols and lists.(like in picolisp)
I have a view that I'm trying to setup an Index for. One of the select columns for the view executes a user-defined function that has a return value of varchar(250). However, when I try to setup an Index on that column, I see a size of nvarchar(4000). Why is that and will that cause a problem if I continue to setup my index?
How would I write a program that reads 3 columns and each column has 100 numbers of type int one at a time in c++ ? I'm lost after this:
int file1[100];
int file2[100];
int file3[100];
Hi,
Can someone explain to me the usage of Integer, Boolean etc in place of their primitive types in JAVA?
I can't seem to grasp the advantages their are providing. They seem to create unnecessary problems of handling null values.
Thanks!
I'm using the log queries not using index but it logs all that use indexes but just more advanced or using IFs.
Is there a parser or a program out there that can analyze the log and give me a literal output of saying "table.column should be a index"
Thanks
Hi,
I have a person table that contains the following fields:
id, name, parent_id.
the parent_id is actually a FK for column id.
the data should look like this (Like a pyramid):
"id" "name" "parent_id"
"1" "I am the Top Father" "1"
"2" "My Father Is 1" "1"
"3" "My Father Is 2" "2"
"4" "My Father Is 2" "2"
How is my bean suppose to look like?
Thanks
SELECT TotalItems.Total_Items
,TotalItems.No_Items_Present
,ItemsTable.No_Of_Items_Ret
FROM TotalItems
INNER JOIN ItemsTable ON
ItemsTable.Item_Name= '" + DropItemName.SelectedValue + "'"
this is my SQL query what I want is to retrieve two column values corresponding to the item I enter in my dropdown list from one table and the no_of_items_ret from another table satisfying the condition of the dropdownlist
I'm getting all the values corresponding to any item I enter what should i do?
I added another column (Leave)
I inserted a response.redirect but commented out two lines of code. Those two lines validate the form if sections are not entered/selected. This too should function without issue.
I simply added grid view and added columns and gave headertext
But when i run the application i am not able to see any grid,,atleast i should see grid column names
Do i need to do any thing more
Hi,
I've seen in (Apple) sample code two types of ways of allocation memory, and am not sure I understand the difference and resulting behavior.
// FAILS
NSMutableArray *anArray = [NSMutableArray array];
[anArray release];
// WORKS
NSMutableArray *anArray1 = [[NSMutableArray alloc] init];
[anArray release];
By "FAILS" I mean I get crashes/runtime warnings etc., and not always as soon as I call the release...
Any explanation appreciated.
Thanks

Hi ,
I need to add default value column in SqlServer Compact....i am new to this SQL server compact so Plz anyone tell me the Solution of this....
Thanks In Advance
I recently encountered a problem in my production database due to MySQL bug. The bug is in the TimeStamp column. To avoid any inconvenience, I want to migrate the database to either Sql Server.
Is there any FREE tool to easily and reliably migrate data and table structures?
I was wondering if there was a way to extract all the values of a column, and then save each value into separate text files (labeled ANYTHING, 1-100 works fine).
I know how to do this through another language, but I'm using SQL Server 2008 with Microsoft SQL Server Manager and it would save me some time from figuring out how to do it through C#.
What potential memory leaks won't an implicit destructor handle? I know that if you have anything stored on the heap it won't handle it, and if you have a connection to a file or a database, that needs to be handled manually. Is there anything else? What about, say, non-base data types like vectors?
Also, in an explicit destructor, need you destroy non-heap variables which would have been destroyed by the implicit, or are they handled automatically?
Thanks
I have two tables with the same column definitions. I need to move (not copy) a row from one table to another. Before I go off and use INSERT INTO/DELETE (in a transaction), is there a smarter way?
SQL Server 2005
I'm writing a page that does very simple search queries, resulting in something like:
SELECT * FROM my_table WHERE A in (a1, a2, a3) AND B in (b1, b2) AND C in (c1, c2, c3, c4) AND
And so on for a variable number of columns, usually ~5. If I create a separate index for each column (one for A, one for B, one for C, not (A,B,C)), will all of them be used in the above query?
Marshal.copy allows for signed data types only, but I have a giant array of uint16 to pass to IPP code. Any ideas ?
unsafe for looping on it seems wrong ...
What is the official DataGridView nomenclature description of the little black triangle in the first column?
It seems to mark the position of DataGridView.CurrentRow, but it's a get property only, and I'd like to set it.
I'd like to be able to introspect a C++ class for its name, contents (i.e. members and their types) etc. I'm talking native C++ here, not managed C++, which has reflection. I realise C++ supplies some limited information using RTTI. Which additional libraries (or other techniques) could supply this information?
