It says that salariedemploye:salary on line 17 is inaccessible and I am not sure why. • Most useful free third party Java libraries?

    - by Pyrolistical
I've never seen a good list of free Java libraries. What are some of your can't-live-without Java libraries? Note: to keep this poll as useful as possible, please remember: Post only one library per answer We don't want duplicate answers, so before posting check if the library has been mentioned already When adding a new library, provide a short summary of what it does / why you think it's useful

  • sqlite3 not found but it was already added as reference

    - by Joef Clarin
System.DllNotFoundException was unhandled Message=Unable to load DLL 'sqlite3': The specified module could not be found. I already reference the DLL. I check it on Debug folder and it was there. I also search how to "include" it in the project but they don't specifically explain how to do it. I'm following this example: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/22165/Using-SQLite-in-your-C-Application

  • Captcha in my Joomla site it not blocking spam robots.

    - by jax
In my joomla install I have removed the email registration and instead added a Captcha field to the PHP code using the recaptcha.net method. For some reason I am still getting what I think are spam users (robots) but I don't know how they would get around the Captcha field. Anything I should check?

  • HTML 5 Video Error Media Src Not Supported

    - by Nirmal
So I was working on a toy website (http://nirmalpatel.com/yeah/index.html). If you check the source, you can see that I have linked a m4v and ogg version. When I load this page from my own computer using a url that starts with file:// the page works fine in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. However, after I upload all of the videos and the HTML to my server Firefox stops working. I don't think it's a permissions issue as both videos have the same permission.

  • Do I need to drop index on temp table?

    - by Phil
Hi, Fairly simple question, but I don't see it anywhere else on SO: Do indexes (indices?) on a temporary table get automatically deleted with the temporary table? I'd imagine they do but I don't really know how to check to make sure. Thanks, Phil

  • Parameters through postback

    - by Brian Roisentul
I'm working with Ruby on rails 2.3.4 and I'd like to pass some parameters from one page to another ones the first one is submitted. For example: On the first page, I have a form that when it's filled a Preview button can be clicked to check all the info entered before submitting the form. That button redirects to another page with the info entered before, but I don't know how to get it in the second page.

  • [Embedded Python] Invoking a method on an object

    - by jmucchiello
Given a PyObject* pointing to a python object, how do I invoke one of the object methods? The documentation never gives an example of this: PyObject* obj = .... PyObject* args = Py_BuildValue("(s)", "An arg"); PyObject* method = PyWHATGOESHERE(obj, "foo"); PyObject* ret = PyWHATGOESHERE(obj, method, args); if (!ret) { // check error... } This would be the equivalent of >>> ret = obj.foo("An arg")
