• c2wts service does not start up for Sharepoint 2010

  I installed Sharepoint 2010 RTM on Windows 2008 SP2. During the configuration stage, it failed. The reason is c2wts does not start up. I followed the suggestion here. But the service still does not start up. Anyone met with the same problem?

  How can I take a string in a format such as: 2008-06-02 00:00:00.0 and convert it to: 02-Jun-2008? Can I somehow take the original string, convert it to a Date object, then use a formatter to get the final output (rather than parsing the string myself)? Thanks!

On the time of the development of website I am able to access the database.. but after publishing the site using IIS7..i was unable to access the database..the exception occured during that time was "the connection is in the closed state".in IIS7 When I changed the application pool identity to localsystem, it worked. Data base is installed in the same machine. and server is SQL SERVER 2008 R2

  Hi, I have a Visual Studio (2008) project where I have some files added as links (through Add Existing Item-Add As Link). Suppose I want to copy this project somewhere else (give it to another developer, release source code, etc.) and I would like to "convert" all these links to actual copies of these files.
