    How could I implement a system where updated content on a CMS can be automatically picked up and transferred in XML (possibly RSS?) I am using Magnolia CMS but I guess this question could apply to any CMS. Say I edit the title of a page, I want this to be picked up and the content put in an external XML file. How could I do this?

    I am new to iphone development.I am parsing a XML URL and display the title ,date and summary in a table view.I noticed some of the date were very old like "Wed, 31 Dec 1969 19:00:00 -0500" ,So i don't want to display the dates which are 1 year older than the current year.How to do that?     I want to set my GtkComboBox to have some default value/name, on it as follows: +---------------+---+ | Image Options | X | +---------------+---+ | Image Option 1 | +-------------------+ | Image Option 2 | +-------------------+ | Image Option 3 | +-------------------+ "Image Options" will be just a Title and it will disappear once user selects any option from list. when user click on the list and selects "Image Option 3" then it will display selected value insted of "Image Options". "Image Options" will not be a part of option list.

    I have a window with its own H and V scrolling. I'm handling the event like this: case WM_VSCROLL: SetScrollPos(hWnd, SB_VERT, (int)HIWORD(wParam), TRUE); break; all I want is for the position of the scroll bar to stay once I release my mouse but what it's doing is just going back to the top after. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    Consider you have the following class public class OuterClass { ... private static class InnerClass { int foo; int bar; } } I think I've read somewhere (but not the official Java Tutorial) that if I would declare the static member classes attributes private, the compiler had to generate some sort of accessor methods so that the outer class can actually access the static member class's (which is effectively a package-private top level class) attributes. Any ideas on that?

I have made a workaround by aliasing the function like so: def fn end class Bar alias global_fn fn def fn # how to access the global fn here without the alias global_fn end end I'm looking for something along the lines of c++'s :: to access global scope but I can't seem to locate any information about it. I am creating a simple check list form where my user would tick a check box if he finished that step. What I am planning to do is that, the script would prevent the form submission if there is an "unticked" checkbox and highlight it with a color.     I recently made a website, and the buttons look like this: On(release) { gotoAndPlay ("title", 1); } My problem is, when you click the button the first time, it goes to the correct frame. but when you click it again, it goes to the next frame, or to the next scene.
