  On this Wikipedia entry I found out that ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is providing such list of country calling codes. Here is a pdf: http://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-t/opb/sp/T-SP-E.164D-2009-PDF-E.pdf I wonder where to find this in a xml file or similar? I need to do find out which country a phone number is from, both in javascript and c#.

  I have been approached to create a website using Sabre Web Services to power the reservations system. All documentation I have seen refers to .NET or Java solutions, I was in doubt whether PHP can be used as access is performed using SOAP. I have found no further information about this, I assume the answer is yes, but wonder why there is not a single reference to this being possible - all solutions seem to be .NET Any suggestions? But i haven't found a way to give live video stream to encoder. i.e. How to make encoder listen to particular UDP port.   How can I get an HtmlElement if the source code doesn't have the "id=''", but only has the "name=''". Document.GetElementById() doesn't work, and Document.All[""] doesn't work (obviously, because there is no ID. How can I simulate a form post?   I am processing some CSV file which i have copied in Bin folder of My ASP.NET Website. When i execute using (IDataReader csv = new CsvReader (new StreamReader("sample.txt"), true, '|')) { ..... } it complains me that "sample.txt" not found in "c:\Program Files\.....\" Won't the runtime automatically look into the bin folder? what modification do i need to do?
