I assume that Intel's DCA is already enabled on my system, because I see # dmesg | grep dca dca service started, version 1.12.1 Am I right? I would like to test the effects of with and without DCA. I've used CreateWaitableTimer functions, everything goes fine, at given time PC wakes up - but monitor stays in power save mode (turned off). So i want to know - how possible to turn on monitor after wake up? PS I've tried "Complete Guide on How To Turn A Monitor On/Off/Standby" - with SendMessage (Codeproject) and SetThreadExecutionState(ES_DISPLAY_REQUIRED) - it doesn't work Any ideas?

How can I detect whether the execution is from CLI or through browser (I know it can be done by passing some arguments with the cron files but I dont have access to crontab). Is there any other way ?   Hi Folks, I know about ajax cross-domain policy. So I can't just call "http://www.google.com" over a ajax HTTP request and display the results somewhere on my site. I tried it with dataType "jsonp", that actually would work, but I get a syntax error (obviously because the received data is not json formated) Is there any other possiblity to receive/display data from a foreign domain ? iFrames follow the same policy? • Asp.net ajax combobox doesn't display correctly when inserted inside a tab control.

  Hi everybody, I have a display problem when I try to use a ajax combobox inside a tab control: when my tab control loads on the page where the combobox is, everything works fine; however, if it loads on a another page, the you change to the page which contains the combobox, the right button (which opens the list of the combobox) isn't displayed at all. Has someone been through this behavior? And maybe found a solution ? Thanks in advance !
