Hello I am not a PHP programmer so I have no idea what the problem is here. Basiclly I am trying to use a
wordpress theme but I get this error

I have no Idea what exactly is wrong in the php file. The code for the functions.php is below. If someone could point out whats wrong I would be really grateful.
