  • What decryption should i use between my Android app and ASP.NET Webservice?

    I am searching a good way to encrypt and decrypt user authentication data between my Android app and my ASP.NET Webservice built in C#. I want to do a user registration on my Android app and send the authentication to the back-end server that is a ASP.NET Webservice built in C# and then every time the app calls the webservice it should send a hashed string with authentication information so webservice now what user it is. What is the best practice for this and have i missed something, give me some ideas please!

  • C++/CLI DLL on C# doesn't compile

    I wrote a wrapper DLL for some native c++ functions and compiled it in c++/CLI, then I added a reference to C# project, functions indicates there, but when I try compile project I get this error: "Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'lib, Version=1.0.3742.39593, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. " What's the problem ? Thanks.

    I have a flat file source from Excel that has a structure like this: **People** Day1 Day2 Day3 Day4 Person1 someValue ... Person2 Person3 And i would like the package to put this information in a database with standard columns 'Person', 'Day', 'Value'. Does anybody know how to do this - at the moment because the days are going along the top, the package is assuming these are seperate data columns when they are not really and the mapping is not working.

    it happens when i change the DataSource. i have checked everything(stack traces, all exception information, datasources, grids, all the threads, etc) i have also write lots of diagnostic code(+3000 line) it seems to be a virus, it is going to destroy everything in my app. all grids are going to have the very same error.(while i have not changed any of the code).wtf . it makes my datagridviews to have an red X on them.

It's your typical CRUD app but I've noticed lately that some record are missing couple fields. Where they are null value. I think it might have been an Session issue.     Is there a simple framework for processing form submissions via a servlet? For my needs, a framework like STRUTS seems like over kill. My ideal processor would be a servlet that converts form elements into a bean object, possibly using typing information in the form to help with the conversion.
