While I'm trying to figure out why they occur via the SQL profiler, I wonder how I can change the default behavior of SQL Server when doing the deadlocks. Is it possible to re-run the transaction(s) that caused problems instead of showing the error screen?

• How can I make one child window draw over another within the same form?

  Let's say I have ten child windows within a form. How do I make sure one of those windows is drawn over all the others? For example, how do I make sure that window 6 always overdraws windows 1-5 and 7-10? I don't want the window to be drawn over everything else on the screen, just everything else within that form. I've already tried using HWND_TOPMOST and HWND_TOP (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2823700/how-can-i-make-a-child-window-topmost ) but it didn't work. :(

When the user clicks a button, I want each call to: textArea.append(someString + "\n"); to immediately show up in the UI. • WebKit doesn't paint background-color for entire width of final inline list item

  On our website http://www.dimagi.com, the items in the jQuery menu near the top of the screen gain a background-color on hover. The hover background-color of the rightmost list item ("About Us") is cut off at the very right edge of the text, seemingly only in WebKit (tested Safari and Chrome in Windows XP). Can anybody see what I might be doing wrong in the CSS? Or is this some obscure WebKit bug?

  When I try to debug my app on the iphone device, the splash screen shows and then the app crashes immediately. If I run the app in the simulator or on the device (not from XCode) it runs fine.
