  • Extending Zend_Auth_Adapter_DbTable for Extra Checks

    - by Urda
My google fu is weak today, but I cannot find a good article to do so. I would like to extend the Zend Adapter to check n extra columns on my database table. What is the best way to fully extend the adapter, so I can use it in the future without needing to dig through documentation again.

  • Flash CS 4 / AS 2 + Dynamic Text + Html + Embedded fonts...

    - by AndreMiranda
I have this scenario: 1) I have a dynamic text that receives its data from a XML. 2) The texts showed get theirs style from a CSS file. 3) My dynamic text has a html 'span' tag and it's formatted according to the CSS class that it's passed via the XML file. Ok... so far so good. It's something like: _root.txt.txtDica = "<span class='"+ node.childNodes[_global.auxCont].attributes.myStyle +"'>" + node.childNodes[_global.auxCont].attributes.myText+ "</span>"; The problem is that the swf has a poor quality text. So, I've been looking around, found some things about embedded fonts, Flash TextField() and etc. But, nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how can I generate this html tag in a dynamic text with a good quality? It's worth to say that I'm using regular fonts, such as Verdana and Arial. Thanks a lot!

  • Concatenative language inrepreter in Java

    - by Vojislav Stojkovic
I'm interested in finding a concatenative language interpreter in Java. Ideally, it should satisfy the following conditions: It has an interpreter, not (only) a bytecode compiler for JVM. The language itself has decent documentation, not only a few examples and a "I'll document the rest someday" notice. The project is not completely abandoned. In short, I'm looking for a reasonably "alive" concatenative language that can be embedded into Java easily.

  • Consuming PHP webservice with .Net C#, error with array

    - by Faber
I've a problem calling a PHP Web Service from .Net application. This is the XML response and I think there is a problem with the return node <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> <SOAP-ENV:Envelope SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"> <SOAP-ENV:Body> <ns1:infoprodottoResponse xmlns:ns1="http://wan3.edc.it"> <result xsi:type="SOAP-ENC:Array" SOAP-ENC:arrayType=":[0]"></result> <error xsi:type="xsd:string">8u9lvDe3RBiGuXyL9lvM2tODlRMtcN77ya3S2LDEWEetBeRz/k4mXkK4hSqpgZOKilHYXgycj6Jtu8iBTfR1FQ==</error> <token xsi:type="xsd:string">5o58H00T96AWedhG1tnSc4xR+yXg7PQfQzXYVpri2AY=</token> </ns1:infoprodottoResponse> </SOAP-ENV:Body> In result node the SOAP-ENC:arrayType attribute hasn't declared the array type. The array type must be declare if the SOAP-ENC:arrayType is present, isn't it? It must be declared also if the array is empty?

  • Add newlines to a text resource in Android?

    - by shmuelp
I have a custom Dialog that contains only a TextView to display some text in my application. The documentation lists that only the b, i, u, tt, big, small, sup, sub, and strike tags are supported. I really need to add some newlines for readability. Do I need to change to a more complicated layout, or is there some way to encode newlines in the resource? I tried adding br tags, but that did not help.

  • java alternative for phpMyAdmin

    - by rcourtna
I find myself working in an environment where all I have access to is Tomcat + MySQL. No Apache, no PHP. I'm looking for a web interface to MySQL that will run under Tomcat (can't be a desktop interface, as the mysql port is not accessible). I'm tried jMyAdmin and javaMyAdmin. I can't get either to work, and both lack documentation and community support. Can anyone make a recommendation please?

  • how to POST two strings?

    - by Garrith
    Im trying to create a POST method for my AddTagtoGroup which looks like this (altho still confused as string group never seems to be used): List<Group> Groups = new List<Group>(); List<Tag> tags = new List<Tag>(); public void AddTagtoGroup(string group, string tag) { var result = Groups.Where(n => String.Equals(n.GroupName, tag)).FirstOrDefault(); if (result != null) { result.Tags.Add(new Tag() { TagName = tag }); } } My data contracts looks like this: [DataContract(Name = "Group")] public class Group { public Group() // not sure if this has to have a datamember { Tags = new List<Tag>(); } [DataMember(Name = "GroupName")] public string GroupName { get; set; } public List<Tag> Tags { get; set; } // datamember or not? } [DataContract(Name = "Tag")] public class Tag { [DataMember(Name = "TagName")] public string TagName { get; set; } } And my post method looks like this but im unsure what to put in the uri template? [OperationContract] [WebInvoke(Method = "POST", BodyStyle = WebMessageBodyStyle.Bare, RequestFormat = WebMessageFormat.Xml, ResponseFormat = WebMessageFormat.Xml, UriTemplate = "/AddTagtoGroup{group}{tag}")] void AddTagtoGroup(string group, string tag);

  • Survey statistic diagram ideas

    - by Nort
Hey everyone, I've got some homework tasks in topic surveys and diagrams. The first task is to normalize the input of a survey, because the structure of the data is changing from time-to-time. So there are three types of surveys: static fields, where text is stored dynamic ones, where the user can select one option and multiselect fields, where the user can select multiple options So I'm not really a statistics guy, so I have really no idea what I can do with that incomming data. So the data I have is stored in an orbital XML file from there I can easily get how man times a survey was filled, and how many times a field was filled, so I can (for eg on a pie chart show the relation of filled or not filled). The second idea is to show the relation between the content of a multi option element using a bar chart or so. In case of the multi option elements I've got the idea to show data in implication of one option. But the question is, what could be shown? The other problem are the static elements (text fields and so). What data could be represented from a single field? The data in the XML field is collected from 2001 to 2005 So maybe I can work with the dates of the surveys, but as I said, i don't really know how to process the data, to collect as much data as possible.

  • ojspc always returns 0 on errors

    - by Matt McCormick
In my Ant build.xml file, I am trying to compile JSPs using ojspc. The files are being compiled, however, the build process is still running to completion when the JSP compilation has errors. This is part of my build.xml: <java fork="true" jar="${env.ORACLE_HOME}\j2ee\home\ojspc.jar" resultproperty="result"> <jvmarg value="-Djava.compiler=NONE"/> <arg value="-extend"/> <arg value="com.orionserver.http.OrionHttpJspPage"/> <arg value="-batchMask"/> <arg value="*.jsp"/> <arg value="${target-directory}/build/target/ear/${module-dir-name}-jsp.war"/> </java> <echo level="info">Result Property: ${result}</echo> I have tried setting the property failonerror="true" but that does not change anything. I receive the following output: [java] Detected archive, now processing contents of ../build/target/ear/web-module-jsp.war... [java] Setting up temp area... [java] Expanding archive in temp area... [java] C:\DOCUME~1\MMCCOR~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\tmp12940\_web_2d_inf\_jsp\_password.java:60: cannot resolve symbol [java] symbol : variable reqvst [java] location: class _web_2d_inf._jsp._password [java] out.print(reqvst.getAttribute("test")); [java] ^ [java] 1 error [java] Creating D:\eclipse-workspace\jdw\build\..\build\target\ear\web-module-jsp.war ... [java] Removing temp area... [echo] Result Property: 0 ...(more commands) BUILD SUCCESSFUL In the password.jsp file, I intentionally introduced an error to test. How can I get the build to fail on an error? At the Ant Java page, I am confused by: By default the return code of a is ignored. Alternatively, you can set resultproperty to the name of a property and have it assigned to the result code (barring immutability, of course). When you set failonerror="true", the only possible value for resultproperty is 0. Any non-zero response is treated as an error and would mean the build exits.

  • Is it guaranteed that False == 0 and True == 1 in Python?

    - by EOL
Is it guaranteed that False == 0 and True == 1, in Python? For instance, is it in any way guaranteed that the following code will always produce the same results, whatever the version of Python (existing and in the foreseeable future)? 0 == False # True 1 == True # True ['zero', 'one'][False] # is 'zero' Any reference to the official documentation would be much appreciated! Other comments would be appreciated too… :)

  • c# calculation help

    - by Jonas B
Hi, I'm pretty useless when it comes to math and I have a problem I need help with. This has nothing to do with schoolwork, it's in fact about alcatel and the ticketextractor. I have two values that needs to be calculated in a c# application according to a formula specified in their documentation: "The global callid is equal to: callid1 multiplied by 2 power 32 plus callid2" As I said I'm not big with maths so that statement says nothing to me. If anyone know how to calculate it i'd appreciate it! Thanks

  • How can I configure apigee to fail stale if the backend is unavialble?

    - by Anurag Kapur
We have an API proxy configured with cache ttl of 2mins. Is it possible to configure apigee to serve stale cached content if the backend goes down so that our end users don't see errors? We would rather have our end users get copies of stale cached content (even after the configured ttl of 2mins expires) instead of errors when the backend goes down. Would appreciate if someone could point me to the relevant documentation if this is possible.

  • Why are there magic attributes exposed in the Servlet spec?

    - by Brabster
It's always seemed a little at odds with the principles of Java that the Java Servlet Spec (2.5 version here) includes a set of magic attributes containing info about included resources, namely: javax.servlet.include.request_uri javax.servlet.include.context_path javax.servlet.include.servlet_path javax.servlet.include.path_info javax.servlet.include.query_string It's not even specifically pointed out in the API documentation, only in the spec where it is a must for correct implementation. This approach feels very wrong, an exposed implementation detail that clients will use and depend on. Why is this information exposed in this way?

  • Hiding Terrain in Google Maps

    - by Old Man
I'm generating a KML file to show a map with placemarks in Google Earth. For this purpose the terrain (topographical detail) doesn't help; I just want solid color like you would see if you selected "Map" in Google Maps. What is the KML to do this? I can't find anything in the KML documentation.

  • R Package for Bayesian Belief Networks

    - by user187395
Is anyone aware of an R package for Bayesian Belief Networks (BBN) that can handle latent (hidden) nodes? I am referring to process learning the structure and the parameters of the model. Based on the documentation, the "bnlearn" package does not provide for such capability. In addition, is anyone aware of R packages that allow for making inferences and sensitivity analysis for BBN? Thank you in advance.

  • Does windows mobile broadcase a WM_CLOSE message?

    - by glutz78
I've heard that Windows Mobile will broadcast a WM_CLOSE message to all inactive (?) windows if system memory falls below a certain threshold. I think I'm seeing this occur with my app too. But I cannot find any documentation to confirm this. Anyone know about this? Or know where I can find doc on it? Thanks for any help.
