• Problems using xcode in debug mode with Core Plot

  I'm having a problem compiling an application which uses Core-Plot in debug mode. It works absolutely fine compiling in release mode, but when I compile in debug mode I get an error that the header file for Core-Plot can't be found. Any idea which of the many settings in x-cide might be causing this problem?

• WinForms name chooser

  I have a set of names (first, last, salutation) and need a control to allow users to select a single name using WinForms. A ComboBox works fine if the there are ~20 names, but not so well when there are 100 names. Can anyone recommend a name picker? Perhaps an address book control that I could customize? It's not too hard to write my own, but I have other wheels to invent.

• JSON array deserialization is crashing the Dalvik VM

  I have some code grabbing a JSON array from my server and initially storing it as a string. This all works fine until I try and deserialize it using google's gson fromJson method. LogCat spits out the error: 04-08 17:46:35.163: ERROR/dalvikvm(401): Can't shrink stack: curFrame is in reserved area (0x41049000 0x410491c4) My code that causes the error is: String[] results = gson.fromJson(returnString, String[].class); Can anyone shed some light on what I am doing wrong? • Visual Basic 6 causes Visual Studio 2010 to attempt an installation

  I'm using Visual Basic 6 for a legacy project and it's been working fine. I recently installed the Visual Studio 2010 RC and now when I start VB6 I get an installer with the title "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Professional RC - ENU". If I click Cancel I can then open my project in VB6. Is there any way of getting rid of this, or am I just the only person on the planet still using VB6?

• Internet Explorer loop bug when preloading images

  Hi Everyone I have created a JavaScript application that requires all images to be preloaded first. Everything works fine in Firefox but in Internet Explorer my loop skips the count at 19 and goes to 21. Has anyone come across this problem before and what causes it?   I have a fairly simple ASP.Net site that uses google checkout (I have an imagebutton with the PostBackUrl set to the Google address passing values of hidden fields) which works fine. I've been moving this app to MVC and I'm not sure how to handle this. I thought about using jQuery form but I don't believe this would work in this situation because there are times when they're redirected to the google pages. Has anyone used google checkout in an asp.net MVC app?

• Are table cellspacing and cellpadding always 0 (EVEN IF EXPLICTILY SET) if in strict mode?

  I have a page I'm converting from quirks mode to strict mode. I added this: All of a sudden all my tables collapsed that use cellpadding and cellspacing. Is this expected? By using strict mode, even if I set cellpadding=10 it will render as 0? (no padding)? The page looks fine in IE7 but has collapsed in Firefox. I guess I have to convert all the table cells to divs.

This does not work for my situation because I want pushes (and pulls if possible) to be secure. All the tutorials I've been able to find also use push_ssl=False. Everything is fine except i need to modify the OnGetItem(string id) to accept an additional parameter such that the URI becomes http://localhost/service.svc/1/5 where 1 = department id and 5 = employee id I can see the ICollectionService within the abstract class collection service base protected abstract TItem OnGetItem(string id); but I am not allowed to modify it.   Currently, I am making a SFX with 7zip using the following config: ;!@Install@!UTF-8! InstallPath="C:\\test" GUIMode="2" RunProgram="7z465.exe" ;!@InstallEnd@! Which is used in: copy /b "C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7zSD.sfx" + config.txt + ".\Release\Setup.7z" .\Release\Setup.exe When I run the resulting Setup.exe, It extracts fine and launches the 7z465.exe as well, but it is still extracting to some 7zip temp folder for the current user! Anyone have any idea why?

I have a UIView for my TableView Section Header with a switch on it, and I also have a UITableCellView with another Switch on it.
